I have nothing positive to say about Relay. Previously it's just been long delays, but now missing parcels. I had 2 parcels posted to me on 6th and 9th September (Now 24th) from different parts of the UK. Both now presumed lost in the disorganised mess that we call Relay. Both parcels have a generic "On it's way" status that appeared a couple of days after they were posted, and no further tracking available. I've tried to contact customer services, but as other reviews also state, they do not bother to reply. Don't bother trying to save a few pence using this disgrace of a company. It's not worth the hassle getting refunded for the item and then having to reorder elsewhere, (hopefully somewhere that uses a different Courier!). Check out their other reviews too.... there are some real eye openers!

The absolute worst. They don't provide tracking on Vinted, and don't pick up or deliver their parcels for days. I recommend you to avoid this this dreadful company.

If I could put less than 1* I would worst customer service ever, by the time they get back to you it’ll be a different season of the year

Appalling customer service
I sold an item on Vinted, it was the first time and picked Relay was picked. I took it to a Relay shop and it stated that I had posted it on tracking. After a few days I looked on Vinted only to find it had been cancelled and tracking had stopped. The buyer got her money back and I was left with continually being thrown between Vinted and Relay. Relay told me it was slightly too big and at their depot. They claimed they didn't return things despite tracking stating it is being returned, how can that be Its my property . Vinted have so many different people answering messages and they never read what had been written before. They're not interested in These companies are a waste of time and should never be used. My item was sent on the 20th August and I'm still trying to get a resolution. PLEASE DO NOT USE ANY OF THESE PEOPLE

Honestly Royal mail 3rd class post is faster.
I get bombarded with messages which are pretty useless.

2 parcels I've waited more than 1 week and 9 days.

I really think a monkey could do better than the morons that deliver parcels! They obviously can’t read and are colour blind!!! I have clear instructions on my door, I give clear instructions when I’m informed of delivery!!! No excuses just total idiots!

The absolute worst! Can anyone and everyone just create a delivery service. It's an absolute abomination that a company like Relay can opposite in the UK. Ambiguous tracking, my parcel was late and to top it off the person who delivered my item was without clothes!!!! He was just in little underwear and flip flops. I aksed him where are your clothes, he said they were stolen. Guess this is what happens when capitalism gets out of hand. Absolutely zero regulation on these sham companies. I was shocked to check my Temu order today and see It's with Relay. Oh the horror! Ruining the online shopping sector and setting us back a decade or so.

I would give minus 5 stars if possible for Relay, ON ALL ON LINE PURCHASES I give a safe place, ' TOP CUPBOARD IF NO ANSWER AT THE DOOR'

What do Relay do? consistently leave it on the doorstep!!!!

There is no excuse for this, the instructions on all my delivery labels have the above message, the Relay drivers appear to either short sighted or stupid, when I get a delivery from different couriers, Royal Mail etc. they always follow my instructions as above ^ and leave them in the cupboard

Absolutely ridiculous. Instead of leaving the parcel in the porch where every other delivery person leaves it, the idiot driver threw it over a fence at the side of my bungalow, on to a car which won’t start, blocked in by another car which wont start and there’s no room down the side of them for me to retrieve. How the hell am i supposed to get it!!

Were supposed to deliver by 13.50 and arrived at 21.00. Not great!

Absolute disgrace said parcel had been delivered at 21.21pm i have ring doorbell no one picked up on it photo of my door took from far away but still my doorbell would have picked ut up nothing then a pic of which looked like my parcel was in a road somewhere .The drivers are a bunch of crooks and theifs for sure .This company should be invesrigated by the police and vinted should not use them

I've had a few things off vinted lately, that came via relay, and it's been absolutely shocking. The parcels are usually sitting there days before a courier collects, and when they do collect it'll be another five days until the courier hands them over to relay to be sent on. I wish people would stop using them because they take an age to deliver.

Outrageous experience - sent a vinted item through relay - the package was opened in transit and the item was stolen and replaced with another cheap one.

Happily vinted managed to resolve this but I have since heard of another seller experiencing the same issue so it's not one off occurrence.

Besides the fact that my Amazon parcel was delivered at 8:30pm it was also damaged and I received no notice of it arriving until a few minutes before it actually came. Seems like they have no care for others peoples things and I did order this on the 9th of September so I don’t know what happened in between Amazon and relay since I was never given by either with regards to any updates about my package.

Received an email from relay saying delivery will he made today by 8pm. Checked tracking throughout the day, the time schedule changed everytime. Now saying delivery will be made by MIDNIGHT. Emailed customer service who then said Courier hasn't even picked up my parcel or started his rounds yet( at 9.15pm) I said this wasn't the service I expected, could they now tell me when delivery would be?? No surprise then that I have received no reply to that question. Never even heard of Relay Couriers, so am now wondering where my parcel ( which is a gift for someone) actually is? Customer Service is disgraceful, no help at all.

Couriers are tea leaves. Better off sending your parcel by carrier pidgeon. Had a couple of empty boxes delivered by these clowns.

Slow,tracking is useless,and pick-up from shop is a case of, “ it’s somewhere in that massive bag,find it yourself ! “ Cheap,but definitely not cheerful !

Shambolic courier company who should not be allowed to deliver Vinted parcels. It was obvious they had lost one of my purchases almost immediately - after 2 days they were posting ' if you don't receive it after xx days you can claim'. I've currently got one delivery definitely lost and a second one which also appears to be the same situation. A friend of mine has had two recent deliveries to her lost. THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

Gave them the benefit of the doubt after losing my first parcel and ordered something else through them off of vinted.

Checked the tracking to see a message saying my parcel couldn't be delivered due to 'an exception'.
Contacted them to find out more and resolve it and they told me the parcel was too big and would be being returned to sender.
They gave me the supposed measurements and I went back to the seller and explained the problem, who assured me it had fit perfectly in a Medium sized locker.
Upon googling the sizes of which are literally half of the largest measurement they claimed my parcel was.
Make it make sense.
If it was truly that large the seller wouldn't have been able to even fit it in the compartment.

Oh and to top it all off, the actually responded to my first email within around 5 minutes but since I called them out on this they have been consistently ignoring me.

AVOID WITH A BARGE POLE, THEY DON'T DESERVE OUR MONEY OR CUSTOM!

This is their idea of delivered..Thrown over a fence and left to sit in the rain for a weekend..
