I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the delivery service used for my recent order. Because my address is unavailable over the weekend and after 6:00 PM, I attempted to change the delivery method to a local Relay collection point. Unfortunately, their website/app did not provide this option, even though it has been available for previous orders.As a result, the courier made multiple failed delivery attempts over the weekend. Shockingly, one of the scheduled delivery slots was between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM, which is completely unacceptable for my schedule and privacy. Furthermore, the courier's customer service is incredibly poor. On a previous occasion, I contacted their help desk regarding a similar issue and received a reply after 10 days, completely ignoring their stated 72-hour response window. This is easily one of the worst delivery experiences I have encountered.

My best delivery is Royal Mail are brilliant on time and no reschedule

Absolutely terrible delivery company first time using them parcel is lost . 2nd parcel I suppose that is lost as well . Won’t be using this company no more shocking

Only give 1 star as can't leave zero. Absolutely disgusting service. I am sat waiting for the parcel. Notification by email to say it was delivered. Checked my cctv to find the delivery person walked down the path and launched it over a 7 foot gate. Didn't even attempt to knock.

Had 3 different issues with vinted parcels in the past 2 weeks - Relay delivered someone else’s parcels to the buyers- this company should not be trading - not fit for purpose- Vinted not interested either- I do not recommend either company now tbh

I didn’t think there was a lower bar than “lose Evri package” but somehow Relay is setting new standards.

Delivery 1 benefit of the doubt

Sending a package through Vinted. 2 attempts failed and returned. No actual attempts made in reality.

Delivery 2 frustrating

Receiving a package from an online retailer. Tracking suggested delivery was about to be made, nothing happens then returned to depot as, apparently, no one was in. Lying about the delivery.

Delivery 3 no more

Photo of “delivered” package is at the bottom of our driveway. Delivered package has been left on the floor some 5 metres from our door. Now I’m not one for getting annoyed about packages being left safe without authorisation (because I know if it gets stolen it’s on them) but not walking the final few metres to a door is a new level of laziness.

Oh and if you want to complain none of the links work. It’s laughable.

Hopefully more one star reviews will stop business using this trash service.

Awful service. If i could give zero stars i would. Parcel should have been delivered by 1.30 pm latest. At 8.15 pm it was delivered but not to my address. I have no idea where it is and cannot get in touch with Relay. Will never buy anything from a company who uses this delivery company.

I told them not to leave the parcel anywhere or with anyone and they left it at a barber shop there is also no way to speak with a human or agent it’s all robots

Very crap delivery service. Lazy and want customers to go to whichever shop they want them to collect it. It’s supposed to deliver to customers doors. I wish companies would stop using this stupid delivery service and go back to Evri who have lovely drivers and get stuff delivered quickly and with ease. This new relay company is just lazy and incompetent!

The stupid delivery person left my parcel on a main bloody street and he had the audacity to take a photo of it and can see him standing there smiling in the reflection of the window and see lots of other people in background walking by!!! My parcel has been stolen, but it’s a complete joke. How do these people have jobs and how is this company even operating

Shocking, faceless company who lose parcels every single time and are completely uncontactable when trying to raise an enquiry. I wish Vinted would stop encouraging sellers to use this fraudulent company who are about as much use as a chocolate tea pot when it comes to delivery parcels at all, let alone on time.

I've had 2 parcels delivered by them. First one was left on the path outside of my work place when it was closed, so had to make a 1 hour round trip to collect it before it was stolen. The second was wedged into works key drop box resulting in half an hour trying to get it out. Please do not use this service

The same company came back to deliver a parcel and this time let the parcel outside the building by the main entrance and took a photo saying parcel delivered to safe location. This company is a big joke. The thing is they dont care at all, its you who ordered the parcel that has to go through the hassle of proving you never received the parcel. For real, how can someone be so naive to leave a parcel outside the building in a busy street and take the carriage of taking a picture to say left safe! Someone needs to help with these so called courier companies coz they are bad and unreliable.

I Pay for yearly next day delivery with asos. My parcel was 4 minutes away then two stops to being delayed and now it’s saying 48hrs for an update. One minute I can see where the driver is on a map next i can’t.

Horrific, I want to give them Zero. They have lost two parcels of mine personally in one week. Customer service is like a ghost. Tracking for both parcels indicates that they are sending them back to the shop they were shipped from??? On the actual day the parcels were sent to me, Relay emailed me to say they were sending them back to the sellers because I had not collected them. Awful beyond belief. How are they still in business???? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

If I could I give them minus 10000000!!! They are a shit company, do not understand Shein why use it them!!! Always failed, even i am at home !! Shitty, liar company!!

Relay email to say my parcel is ready to collect. I drive 15 mins to collect to be told it’s not ready. It’s been delivered to the store but not booked in with them so o can’t collect until the following day. Communication needs to be sent once it is actually ready to collect. Wasted time and journeys.
