Courier tried all sorts of delaying tactics to avoid delivering a package safely to the correct address.
Terrible company avoid where ever possible

I sold a pair of trainers on Vinted and it arrived to the buyer with a hole at the side, it had been opened and the trainers were missing!!! I'm still waiting for some compensation. I can't believe Vinted use such as atrocious company

Relay did not send the Qr code for a vinted parcel the parcel got sent back and was cleared by them which also the seller got tge money as well its a scam

Don’t use them, yes they may be cheaper but there’s a reason for that. The delivery is at a snail pace. My local relay collection point was a petrol station and despite being open 24 hours a day would only let me collect my parcel between 9-5. Completely inconvenient

I ordered three parcels from vinted from different sellers. Tracking just said delivery was taking longer than normal but that parcel was on its way. Complete rubbish. I then get an update saying that the parcel is being returned to the sender. It will probably be months before i get my money back. Do relay actually deluver any parcels? Customer support not replued to any messages. Will not opt for this service again if you can call it a service. I hope vinted drop it as a service option

I honestly don't believe about my order, it says that my order was delivered, and shows a couple of pictures of a house that i don't know where it is, so I've just lost my order, how can you get wrong a flat and my address and deliver to a house where i don't know where it is? It's impossible to get hold of them and i don't understand how they work.

Give time slot to say parcel going to be delivered and then the time slot’s kept changing to be advised not going to be delivered and will get further update in 48 hours

Excellent customer service.
I was fully updated throughout the delivery process and was promptly informed when my delivery arrived. Very professional and efficient service.

Full disclosure, I put my home postcode with my work address which probably didn't help. However, for the second attempt I added delivery instructions depending on which address the courier ended up at. The updates showed them entering the end of my road (which is NOT where my postcode is) and almost immediately I got "COULD NOT DELIVER". Didn't even seem to try! I even went down the end of my road to try and find the guy.
I also contacted Relay to see if there was anything I could do about the incorrect postcode, but they take 72 hours to get back to you which is pointless and they re-attempt delivery in 48 hours (although they didn't)

Do not get anything delivered from this company RELAY as they have no idea what they doing , they are useless and should have a phone no to contact them , and get the customer returns team sorted out, bought item from a company called soletrying been waiting 8 to ten weeks for it , relay sent message saying received parcel and which delivery point would I like it to be delivered to from there lists of drop off locations they delivered it after a long wait at the onestop store on there list, they did not accept the parcel and sent it back with there driver ,they in turn at relay said the delivery was unsuccessful and are returning to the sender , I have emailed the company I bought it from they said get in touch with relay to resend it , 4to5 emails writing to someone with no intelligents ( thats putting it politely )they still haven’t made any arrangements to deliver it , I am out of pocket by £38

Delivered to wrong address had to get someone to go get it. Also parcel in their depot for a week still waiting and they have put on wrong postcode even though it is correct on Temu order. Tried to correct their error , will wait and see

What a terrible experience. At first I was excited about finally a new company that was doing exactly what they started the business for.
Could I be any more wrong? Parcel arrived at the shop on the 19th, yes at the shop and I don’t even want to spend time to say why, so email arrived, qr code handy, go there they don’t have it, contact customer service, lots of back and forth, no help at all, because apparently I have to wait “internal timing for investigation” (whatever that means)
Today is 23, still here waiting this “internal timing investigation”, sent another email this morning to remind them that this is the 4th day I wait, and no, nothing, totally ignored, I mean what do they need? Parcel is not at the shop, guys at the shop didn’t receive it, I’m so curious to know what this “investigation time” is about, I believe they’re expecting either a miracle or some magic that the parcel appear? Such a scam of a company

Omg ive just had someone from relay deliver a parcel who was so so beautiful his name is DJ wow i would give him 1000 stars relay you need lots of DJS he is 100% a keeper thank you DJ you beautiful person ❤️

Come on Relay sort your staff out you have lost 2 of my parcels from my Vinted buying. Its been a month with 1 item and over a week with the other item.

Relay hasn’t got a clue and companies like this should be avoided.

Picked a collection at a show which is listed as one.

“Parcel deliver at 7pm.”

Nope the shop in question hasn’t got a scanner so they had too refuse it due to it not being available yet.

Emailed and I’ll use this term loosely the support team got back to me 6 days later saying the issue should be sorted and the parcel collection point is setup.
4 days after that again at 7pm parcel ready to collect.

Next day same issue and the shop saying they haven’t got a scanner etc.

Then 2 days after that I get another notification saying it’s ready to collect.

So like an idiot I tried again and what do you know same issue.

Days after that another notification the parcel is being returned.

To end this review I get an email today with no apology blaming me saying it was available I didn’t collect it in time.

My Advice to Relay is to just shut the company down.
Any retailers wanting to use them good luck but don’t expect customers to return

Normally I'm very happy with the service I receive from relay BUT today the driver was an absolutely horrible little man. No manners, scruffy as hell and a disgusting attitude. I never want to see this vile individual at my address again.

I live in London. I ordered a wedding dress on vinted and the seller kindly sent it to me quickly in order for it to arrive on time before my event. Relay sent me an email the day I was expecting my parcel saying quote 'you must be excited for your vinted parcel - we're thrilled to help get it to you. We've run into a small issue with your original collection shop. Unfortunately, they can't accept parcels right now. The good news? We've sorted it for you. Your parcel is on its way to 7 days express at 18 Lee green, WF14 0AB.' The good news? Mind this is in Leeds!!! How the hell am I supposed to collect it? I've sent multiple emails and no response. Horrible customer experience. I've had to go and buy another dress. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I won't be buying from any retailers who use this.

I have nothing positive to say about Relay. Previously it's just been long delays, but now missing parcels. I had 2 parcels posted to me on 6th and 9th September (Now 24th) from different parts of the UK. Both now presumed lost in the disorganised mess that we call Relay. Both parcels have a generic "On it's way" status that appeared a couple of days after they were posted, and no further tracking available. I've tried to contact customer services, but as other reviews also state, they do not bother to reply. Don't bother trying to save a few pence using this disgrace of a company. It's not worth the hassle getting refunded for the item and then having to reorder elsewhere, (hopefully somewhere that uses a different Courier!). Check out their other reviews too.... there are some real eye openers!
