The worst delivery company I have ever encountered. I bought items from 2 different sellers using relay as a courier. They were dispatched on 3.9.26 and it’s now 21.9.26 with the items still in transit and no tracking update in over a week. Their customer service contact is non existent; there is no way to get hold of turn and actually get a response.
This seems to be a recurring problem that most people are facing.

This a bad delivery company says it couldn't deliver items and sends back to the seller wouldn't use this company terrible.

Thieves. Steal your items and then say you have to wait over a month before they investigate. They’ve absolutely no care in the world.

I have only recently had cause to deal with relay. I'm waiting for a parcel from Vinted that has apparently been delayed and now sent back to sender. A vinted parcel I've sent to someone has disappeared into the ether and now another purchase from an online store I've used before with no problems has been sent back to sender. No reason why. Utterly useless and I will no longer buy from a company that uses them, which is sad for the retailers.

Received a message saying courier is 12 mins away. Takes the courier another 45mins to get to me. This isn't the courier's fault, but Relay's. How do they decide how long it'll take? Do they think the courier teleports?

Annoying because I was about to hop in the shower but then thought, if there's a package coming in 12 mins I better not. 45 mins later I realise I could've easily showered and maybe taken a nap.

I've blocked Relay because their tracking updates are clearly pointless and if there's no improvement I'll actively stop ordering from retailers who use them.

Absolutely pathetic and appalling courier service. Not many are has bad as this shower of incompetence and inefficiency. Every experience with this outfit has been positively BAD to SHOCKING. They'll dump your packages in the garden, dustbin, neighbours houses, or anywhere else they can dispose of your packages. I think the Police should investigate their activities which are bordering on criminality.

Consistently delivered to the wrong address, will happily upload a photo of The wrong house as proof of delivery

They’re awful at first I was getting my Vinted packages delivered to the shop that I always do without any problems but recently since last month they’ve kept losing my Vinted parcels and saying the shipping is just “delayed” but it’s come to the point were they have lost about five of my parcels now and I keep getting in contact with them through email and getting absolutely no response back even after a whole week and i am going to be furthering this like I said in the email… I still haven’t got my few vinted parcels due to “delayed” shipping once again it’s always that excuse but then I never end up getting the even after a month, so I have a question where the hell are all the parcels going to? Are they getting stolen because I won’t be surprised

Genuinely useless. They’ve apparently been unable to deliver my parcel the last two days in a row, despite the fact that there’s been somebody home both days and we have a 24 hour concierge. No way to speak with their customer service either.

Delivery times are disgusting, ordered a top from vinted, the seller kindly shipped same day so to receive by Friday fo holidays

Had an email about delivery and on the day had a WhatsApp saying it'd arrive in 11 minutes, it didn't show up. Then hours later, an email pops in telling me to expect it 48 hours down the line.

You log on their website for help and assistance and its not designed to help customers at all but recruit drivers. Badly designed website.

Another time, the driver just dumped my package in the shared communal area without even ringing my bell.

I thought Evri are bad but now I seem to have found a company that is worst. They're seriously unreliable and sketchy with security. I'm done with them for good. Absolutely terrible experience.

Absolutely shocking service. Or not even a service at all, no updates, tracking is stuck and has been for over a week, I will never ever use them again. If there was an option to give zero stars on here I would use it

Delivery driver opened my front door which is unacceptable and then shut the door on my dog's mouth.

My first experience on Vinted was not a good one. Had a notification to pick my parcel up from my local shop. It wasn’t there. The following day it still was not there, yet this time after the shop scanned the bar code it said my parcel had been collected! Reached out to Relay by email as I could not find a phone number for them. 9 days to date and still waiting for their reply! I’ve taken them off my postage preferences on Vinted. Obviously, very unreliable and not secure. I will never use this company. Shocking service.

I would give zero stars if possible.
Two separate deliveries in under a week - received email with photos of first package being handed to someone with correct door number, but definitely not my door. Automated/AI response from Relay with zero customer service response. Then a second delivery today, again to the wrong street. Can the drivers read? Even if they can’t, surely GPS would help them see they’re in the wrong place?
Thankfully we saw the delivery notification in time to sprint round and collect the package before it was stolen. Meanwhile, it is impossible to contact Relay other than via email.
I have only experienced Relay (non)delivery twice, but I will never knowingly order from any company using them in the future.

Noting all the bad reviews it bewilders me how they’re still in business!!! Three times they’ve said they’ve delivered my packages and three times I’ve never received them. Don’t bother reporting the missing packages either as they do not investigate such. They simply do not care!! All they say is contact the seller. I wouldn’t have them delivering my stool samples, they are a disgraceful company

Would give ZERO stars if I had the option. Quite honestly, MINUS ZERO STARS would still be too generous for this level of incompetence.

DELIVERY WAS CONFIRMED FOR 17/09/2026.

I have now been waiting 3 DAYS for a parcel that was supposedly “OUT FOR DELIVERY” on Thursday. It is now Saturday, and somehow this company still hasn’t managed to do the one thing it is actually supposed to do — DELIVER THE PARCEL.

The tracking is an absolute JOKE.

At one point, my parcel was supposedly JUST 4 STOPS AWAY. Since then, the delivery estimate has been moved around repeatedly, changing between different AM and PM time slots, only to end with yet another “DELAYED” notification and another ridiculous 48-HOUR UPDATE.

And now, three days later, I’m apparently expected to sit around waiting AGAIN within another completely useless delivery window of 4:55pm–9:20pm — originally 10:20am–2:55pm, which was changed AGAIN!

So what exactly is the point of providing delivery estimates when they clearly mean ABSOLUTELY NOTHING?

The tracking information is unreliable.
The delivery estimates are meaningless.
The updates contradict each other.
The parcel remains undelivered.

And to make an already appalling situation even worse, I contacted their contact centre by email requesting an explanation — and my emails remain completely unanswered and ignored.

So not only can they apparently NOT deliver a parcel on the date they promised, they also seem completely incapable of communicating with the customer when they fail to do so.

At this point, forget “OUT FOR DELIVERY.”

Their tracking should simply say:

“EVENTUALLY… MAYBE.”

Or perhaps:

“YOUR PARCEL IS SOMEWHERE. GOOD LUCK.”

If you’re waiting for a parcel from this company, BE PREPARED TO WAIT 4EVER.

Three days.
Multiple failed delivery promises.
Constantly changing time slots.
Endless “DELAYED” updates.

And still NO PARCEL.

Customers should not have to rearrange their entire day repeatedly because a courier company cannot provide an accurate delivery time — or even deliver within the times THEY THEMSELVES PROVIDE.

This isn’t just a delay. It is a COMPLETE FAILURE OF SERVICE.

Absolutely appalling from start to finish.

Terrible company. No number to contact them, automated emails. My parcel has been missing for 3 weeks now! Have removed them as a delivery option. Worst delivery service I have ever used, never again

Must be absolutely the worst delivery company out there. Two Vinted items ordered, two lost by Relay. They even make Evri look good which is really saying something! I believe they should close down for a while to figure out where they are getting it so wrong.

Item arrived way later than time slot given, packaging was damaged and the courier walked past the letterbox in the door and stuffed the item in the vent for my kitchen extraction hood.
