Easy to use website and a sale was on,so got first order reduced a little.
I've tried the washing up sponge s that you have to wet to inflate and find them decent, also tried the coconut scourers which are ok they start well but don't think they last very long.
What i have re ordered are non plastic washing fragrance boosters .Even though quite expensive, they do smell divine and I like the fact they are eco friendly.
Everything arrived nicely packed and good communication throughout.
Would recommend this site.

Always had a great experience with this company, quality products at sensible prices and delivered as promised. Last order I bought in bulk to take advantage of pricing so will be putting another order in soon ☺️

Speedy delivery & products look well made. Keen to try a more benign dry shampoo & like the silicone baking mats. Will review again when all purchases have been tested

I have been using Regn for over 2 years now, and I am delighted to have found them. Their plastic-free products are great. Food and freezer bags, dog poops bags, sponges, pot scrubbers, dishwasher tabs, and much more. I've tried lots of different eco brands, and theirs are the best I have found. Their customer service is excellent, and I haven't had any issues with their delivery service. Thanks to Regn, my home has become increasingly plastic-and chemical-free. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I have bought from this company a number of times and always find the products good, well packaged in recyclable materials and delivered quickly. I will continue to buy from them whenever I need items that they sell. I've never had cause to contact their customer service department so am unable to comment but I would guess that as they are a small company it may not be a large team so responses may be slower than large companies that deal with huge numbers of complaints on a daily basis.

I'm new to REGN and only bought a small number of products. So far these have performed well and my overall experience has been good. I will continue to buy from the company in future.

REGN has a great range of different eco friendly products. I have used their reusable sanitary pads, and environmentally friendly cleaning products. All have been great so far.

I have ordered barious items from REGN over the year and have found them to be very good & reasonable priced. I have found it easy to order & deliveries have been very good. I will continue to use them

Buy various eco products from Regn, always quick service and quality products

Great customer communication, quick delivery and the product (laundry sheets) was good value, nice smelling and most importantly they wash lovely!

Highly recommended store - great eco friendly products, wide stock , good value and good service ( faulty item replaced immediately and no quibble return for another)

Have only ordered once. Simply Living laundry sheets and Coconut scourers. SL is made in UK which is a bonus and do fine cleaning job - gave up unfriendly plastic bottles of detergent 5+ years.
Saturate coconut scourers before 1st use and they work better than horrible green and yellow sponge scourers shedding microplastics everywhere!

Great idea for a company to sell sustainable, planet friendly goods.
Put in an order and was pleased with the speed of delivery and the efficacy of the items delivered. Laundry sheets are so easy to store (take up next to no room) mess free and work really well. Tumble dryer sheets similarly work well and smell great. Highly recommend!

My orders have always arrived on time. I use their washing sheets quite a lot, and always find them very good

I always buy my British made laundry sheets from this company . Excellent product .

Good quality eco friendly products, no gimmicks just good stuff for home and planet

It is concerning to read some of the negative reviews that have cropped up recently. I understand everyone's experience is individual and things don't always go to plan for any of us, however I immediately felt I wanted to jump to the defence of Re:gn. I have been using Re:gn products for several years now - originally purchasing from a third party stockist and now directly from the company. I can't remember a single moment of disappointment. Luckily I have not needed a great deal of contact with customer services, but the service has always been efficient with accurate orders often arriving sooner than expected. All products are packed concisely, with clear compassion for conservation, health and wellbeing in mind. The individual products themselves have served the purpose effectively and I have been very impressed that there has been no sacrifice in function or quality through the endeavour to provide ecologically sound solutions. To name a few products I have tried so far - I love the 50L bin bags and am sticking with these as the best value accross the market - they are also strong and just the right size for a large kitchen bin. Re-usable kitchen towels have now become a permanent part of our home, far better value to wash and reuse than putting paper in the bin all the time - very strong too for tougher jobs and make a lovely job of polishing glass. Plant based cling-film - works just fine - I try to reserve use for situations where my washable pot covers don't fit. Some time ago I also switched over to a Re:gn razor for my partner and myself. I will admit these took some getting used to as they are different to the plastic equivalent, but I have stuck with it and would not go back now. It's great peace of mind knowing these are all-metal and the blades are even recyclable if you have a local waste centre which accepts them. Overall I feel Re:gn are doing a great job. We all have some room for improvement and I'm sure Re:gn are fully aware of what they wish to work on and improve. Eco-conscious businesses are blazing a trail against the odds and I feel we should all be as supportive as possible - the future depends on movements like this. Thank you Re:gn!

I bought some reusable washable sanitary pads a couple years ago and they are great and one of the mesh bags that you wash them in was faulty and the customer service was fab and replaced it straight away with quick delivery thank you to the team you’re products are very good and great service 😊

I’m so glad I found Re:gn! They are one of the few companies to sell the healthy products that I prefer, that are not only difficult to find elsewhere but for such a reasonable price too. One of my favourite products that I regularly buy from them are sometimes out of stock but the email notification option for when they’re back in stock is super helpful. I did also experience what I initially thought was an issue with the delivery of a product so I contacted them via email. What I received in response was a really friendly, informative explanation which completely set my mind at ease. What became very obvious to me is that these guys really know their products, they don’t just sell ‘whatever’.
Now that I’ve found Re:gn to completely suit my needs, I don’t need to look anywhere else. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I placed my first order from this company. Great choice of quality products at reasonable prices. Received promptly and well packed. Happy with what I bought and will order again
