Declined my ID verification without any option to try again or fix it. No help on how to proceed moving forward and now I have a dress that is marked as returned when it hasn’t been! Such a horrible website to navigate, no option to receive help I’m just completely stuck!!!!!!

I sent back the Trenery dress that was a little too big on time after using Refundid, and used the refund to purchase the same dress in a smaller size. It seemed convenient. I just received an email from Trenery advising me that they received the returned dress. Soon after, Refundid took money out of my account with no notification (such as an email) and I’m very unimpressed as I had not accounted for this happening as I’d followed the procedure on time and correctly. I hope the money is replaced in a timely manner and I’m just chasing it up now. I don’t recommend Refundid and won’t use it again.

My first experience with this company has been atrocious!! Firstly they are the ones who listed a synthetic wig as 100% Brazilian on the profile and then as synthetic at the very bottom on product description! Why not say it's synthetic on the profile page and product description? And yet expect you to pay a return delivery fee! I was told to consider keeping it as I might loose my money. Why on earth would anyone be still wearing shiny plastic on their heads in these days?? The darn things look itchy without even wearing it. I wouldn't even wear it on Halloween. My first experience shopping in an American website and don't think I'd ever do it again. Lesson learnt. It's as if people who gave these reviews where paid to do so as I've had the total opposite!

had to pay $18 for a return for wrong size. it is very inconvenient and expensive for online shopping. Returns should be free, or atleast have flat fees. Terrible!

Bought two dresses, both were too small. No hassle instant refund. Repurchased another dress which was perfect!

Very disappointed with the return process, have to give debit card information, use DHL and lable does not print out correctly.
