As a first time user of Refundid I was nervous and somewhat daunted when I reached the ID section. However I read more about Refundid and am pleased to read that my personal details can be erased after due process.
As a 74 year old the experience has given me confidence to use this again - if needed!

Fantastic system! Immediately refunded & so easy to return with barcode!

Great service. It gives customers more confidence to shop online.

Absolutely nowhere does it give you warning regarding insurance or carbon offset costs and it just takes it out of your refund -be warned

Never used it before now but was the simplest return and refund I’ve ever dealt with!

Very disappointed- Refundid has added a carbon offset fee, but have changed the process so you get no warning .Where before you just hit a submit button, now it has small writing about a carbon offset charge. This is dishonest behaviour

I am unsure if this is a refundid rule, but 7 days isn't enough time to get to the post office if you're working full.time. Almost impossible for me as a solo household to be able to do this. I need 2 to 3 weeks to be sure to get there. Consequently, I missed the one week deadline. And now, my refund needs to be paid back and I have to contact Adorne to sort it out. Not convenient at all.

Unbeliveable service. I have never used refundid.com before thank you for making my retune so easy.

This is a fantastic service all the messing about I have had returning items to different stores. This is definitely the most easy way. Thank you so much

I completed refundid process but I have not received return postage label.

I got the money back straight away in couple minutes. I wasn’t expecting to be honest.

Do not communicate with you and take money back out of your bank without even sending an email to you

1. Why in God's name do you need this much information for a shipping label? (You don't it's just data collection for marketing)
2. You confirm the exact amount I will be getting returned to me and the knock a few dollars off the amount outside of shipping with 0 explanation.

It was an easy process and I received my refund straight away.

The return system is complicated and the customer experience becomes hard and uncomfortable.
I don’t think I’ll shop online again with the company linked to this return system.
The web page providing the tracking number and label for the return is not loading and gives “error-page not found”.
Will I get a fine now because the system is not working?
Also I don’t see why I need to purchase a return label when I already have an Express Post bag that can deliver the item within a business day to the company I’m shopping with.

Their site offers refundid.com as an instant refund option....so I thought I'd give a try.
Worked flawlessly and instantly. Simple, very easy to navigate and data input required was minimal.
Can highly recommend this platform for getting a refund...

Used twice- easy to follow, efficient and effective. Money was refunded instantly. Great initiative.

So easy and instant refund, super impressed!!!!

Immediately had fraud on my card after using this service. I used this service for the first time and almost instantly had a suspicious charge on my debit card. I never use my debit card except for cash withdrawals from the atm. This was the first time I've entered my debit card number in years so can't be a coincidence.

Giving two stars because the instant cash back in my account was great in theory, but concerns over security with this service is the reason for the bad review.
