Mister Zimi scores full marks for brilliant service in every respect. They genuinely are client focused, I cannot recommend them more highly. I have now purchased three item, all of which I love, but sadly I had to return one through no fault of Mister Zimi, it was a fabulous dress but didn’t work for me because of a personal medical procedure. Returning the item has been completely trouble free, the refund was easy and immediate. Sincere thanks for your great service!
