There is no cost for sellers to use Redy, and commissions are not increased by the platform. That said, we do want to clarify that the goal of Redy is to create transparency and competition among agents, so sellers can compare options, negotiate better terms (like the reduced commission and upfront cash you received), and choose who they feel is the best fit. In your case, you were able to secure 1.5% and $1,800 upfront, which is a strong outcome compared to traditional models - but we absolutely recognize that cost savings should never come at the expense of quality service.
