Hi Steven,

Thank you for your feedback - we understand your frustration and want to clarify what occurred.

We exchanged several emails explaining that we were unable to activate your property because it is currently listed for sale with an agent under an active agreement. As a policy, we cannot interfere with an existing listing contract, and this is why your property was initially deemed ineligible for activation on the platform.

As a courtesy, we also offered to reach out to agents on your behalf for a potential connection once your listing agreement expires. We did follow through on that outreach; however, the agents we contacted were not comfortable having their information shared while you are still in an active agreement. We had to respect their wishes, just as we respect all active contractual relationships.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this caused. These guidelines are in place to protect all parties involved, and we must adhere to them consistently.

If your situation changes in the future, we would be more than happy to assist you at that time.

Hey there,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback - we understand how frustrating this experience may have felt, and we’d like to clarify what happened.

When a property is moved to a status where we’re unable to match it with agents, it’s typically because it does not meet our platform requirements. In most cases, this is due to the property already being actively listed for sale under a signed agreement with a real estate agent.

Because of this, we’re unable to activate the property on Redy. We strictly respect existing listing agreements and cannot interfere with another agent’s active contract. Redy is designed specifically for homeowners who are not yet represented and are looking to connect with agents to list their home.

We do send a detailed follow-up email explaining this process, and we’re always happy to assist once your current listing agreement has expired.

Separately, we do want to address your comment about agents on our platform. Redy has a network of over 22,000 real estate agents across our marketplace from all different brokerages. For that reason, the claim that we are “fake” or do not have agents is simply not accurate. Our ability to connect sellers with agents depends on meeting the platform criteria outlined above - not on agent availability.
