This red bus service worest service west of time and irrilavent answer driver and staff drop time 7 40am but dropping time 10 20am to much late west of the service person going to Bangalore from Hyderabad. Because of government job reporting that office entry time is last 10 :30am only What is the use ? MANIK Travels Todays very bad experience and the drivers back answering the the passanger the time he told us to drop us to jalgaon was 8.45am and the bus at this given time is at parola saying that roads are bad while they are giving place to comercial passengrs Iam going to give negative feedback on all the websites available on Google l am very dissatisfied from this service by suggesting to you all not to book this travels

I just deleted this application and installed abhi bus

During booking i had selected 13 Dec, the website clearly showed availability for 13 dec , however my ticket was generated for 12 dec . It was clearly a bug with their application . when I contacted Redbus customer support , they refused to refund as it was within a day of travel . Unreliable application and poor customer service

I wish i had not booked it with Redbus. They promised 100% refund before 6 hours but when you actually try to refund, you only get 50% refund.

Worst Bus App, they operate with worst bus operator, who will cancel the Bus at the last moment when they see they do not have many customers, they will charge you for sleeper seats and then allot your uncomfortable sitting one. When you escalate the answer will be as below from the RED Bus executive will tell you he will escalate. When asked about the Price difference then the executive will tell you that either he can compensate or escalate the issue. Such a pathetic customer service. Kindly be aware with such fraud site (REDBUS) and BUS Operators

POOR customer support , when you need them , they wont support , wasted my money and time

This app gives the pathetic service with no refunds initiated thrice as no bus driver came, even after informing the customer service they refused to help.
WORST APP

They took 200/- as a cancellation fee in 700/- even though I have cancelled minutes after booking. It's really terrible. I wanted the authorities take some actions to prevent these unfair fee.

Worst Service Provider. Worst Broker/Mediator. Has no control on bus services and neither can refund or support you in case of bus service failure. Unreliable. A Service you can not trust.. Pathetic Experience.

Request for Refund Due to Incorrect Bus Timing Information

Dear RedBus Customer Support,

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my recent ticket booking from Ballari to Anantapur.

While booking the ticket, the departure time displayed on the RedBus app was 6:00 However, the actual bus timing was different, and I was unable to travel due to the incorrect information provided on your platform. This caused me significant inconvenience and financial loss.

As the issue occurred because of incorrect timing information shown by RedBus, I request a full refund of my ticket amount at the earliest.

Please review my complaint and process the refund as soon as possible. I can provide my booking ID and other details if required.

A major accident happened this Tuesday 4th August. Till now no one contacted the victims. Playing with people's lives and to be honest you people will definitely suffer.
13 people were severely injured no response.

Very dissapointed with their service, app and response. They have been holding my refund amount from April. Now there is no response for the complaint i have registered.

We had planned a trip from Delhi to Jim Corbett and booked return bus tickets through RedBus. Unfortunately, the return bus was cancelled at the last minute by the operator. This was highly irresponsible, as no alternative service was provided.

Such last‑minute cancellations put passanger in serious trouble and show poor coordination between RedBus and bus operators.

Passengers should be cautious while booking, as reliability and customer support appear weak. Trust is built on accountability, and in this case, both the operator and RedBus failed to deliver.

I am very disappointed with RedBus. I tried multiple times to cancel or reschedule my booking, but neither option worked. I also contacted customer support, but I did not receive any helpful response.
Because of this issue, I lost my money and had a very frustrating experience. A service like this should provide proper support and working cancellation or rescheduling options. I expected much better from RedBus.
I will think twice before using RedBus again, and I hope you improve your customer service and booking management.

It's one of the worst it's a not trustble refundble polices worst......

Sleeper sheet are not clean sheet are full of dust, AC had water tapping issue, late arrival, but booking is smooth and cheap, costomer Care are coperative, journey was smooth and comfortable.

Very horrible experience, redbus cancelled my ticket but did not refund my money its been 15 days im raising this issue but no update from their side
