Great customer service from Chris. Details of delivery excellent. Driver delivering the picnic bench had difficulty getting his wagon to the property, he placed it in a mobile truck to get to us. Beautiful picnic bench delighted with the quality, looks lovely outside our holiday lodge.

While your order wasn’t placed directly with us but through Robert Dyas, we completely understand your frustration with the delayed delivery. The table was despatched in line with our internal agreement with Robert Dyas, but it appears their delivery messaging hadn’t been updated online to reflect the additional delay caused by the long Easter Bank Holiday weekend.
We appreciate how disappointing this must have been and will be addressing the issue internally with Robert Dyas to help ensure future delivery timeframes are clearly communicated - especially around bank holidays when lead times will be extended.

Very good website
Very good website, ordering system, fast delivery and quality product.
Our table seems not to have been inspected before despatch and one bolt hole was missing.
Company advised how to make drill hole, drill size etc. but some customers may not be able to do this.
