Very happy!
I want to begin by saying I’m over the moon with our new table. I had a hard time choosing what colour so I used the chat service on the website and the customer service I received was excellent and I had samples of the colours sent in the post. I didn’t wait for these to arrive as I was eager to order.
I placed my order on a Saturday and received a phone call on Tuesday arranging delivery on Wednesday. Delivery was straightforward, delivered on a wooden pallet. Assembly was fairly straightforward, the table is very heavy so definitely needs 2 people to assemble. It’s a solid table and can tell it’s going to last many years with next to no maintenance.
My only complaint is that because it’s recycled plastic the colours are never going to be the same however there are a couple of planks on our table that are very different to the rest. You’ll see these on the photo but I don’t think it’s going to bother us much. Some of the edges of the table are slightly rough too so I need to sand them down.
Other than that we are extremely happy and can’t wait to use it for many years.

Poor delivery service
The ordering process was great but the delivery dd not live up to expectation. I was advised that the dispatch note would go out the next day and the items would arrive about 2 to 3 days after that. 1 week later i had to chase and was advised they would be delivered the next morning. Mid afternoon i received an email saying they were due to be delivered but did not confirm delivery date.

Lovely picnic bench...but not the best experience !
Easy to order, but then silence, no update or delivery date given until I called to chase, wasn't booked in, staff did help resolve the problem, took about a week for delivery. Poorly packaged in cling film so corner bashed a bit, delivery driver called to say he had no delivery address could I text it to him ! instructions to make up bench poor, but once made up its is sturdy and looks good, would I use this company again probably not

Miscommunication. Item dispatched did not match what was ordered (after talking direct to the sales team). Item rejected before delivery. Still no refund.

Good quality 100% recycled garden table
This is a quality product and good value for money. I love that it is 100% recycled plastic and am happy to pay a little more for quality and environmental credentials.
Delivery was good with only a short lead time and the product was extremely well packaged and protected. We already have a garden bench from this company and so we knew it was going to be good.

A small manufactuirng error, but once corrected a very robust product
I bought a 6 person heavyweight picnic table/bench. It arrived when they said, and was reasonably straightforward to assemble. Though the instructions said that a spanner and allen key were included, they were not. The only other problem was that one of the fixing blocks for one of the bench seats was about 2cm wrongly placed. I corrected this myself but it meant having to go and get different tools and a bit of extra time. Annoying, but not tragic.
Once assembled it is robust, weatherproof and maintenance free. The description of 'heavyweight', is true, it is indeed heavy and should be very difficult to steal!

Purchasing was easy
Purchasing was easy. Delivery seemed easy and was arranged for a Monday, unfortunately it was then delivered 3 days early with no warning, which was most inconvenient.
All the parts were delivered, and assembly was relatively straightforward, by the third table we were experts.
