Have tried to make order for fencing since visiting the showroom 26th September 2026, spoke to Morgan and explained that we wanted to make order but wanted delivery for Friday 2nd October, he said that this wouldn't be a problem and promised to forward quote through via email. Nothing was received, phoned again on Monday 28th, Morgan wasn't available so spoke to Jake who with great difficulty and after quite a while tried to sort things out but again nothing was received so visited showroom again on Wednesday 30th September 2026 and spoke to Morgan, again was promised quote would be forwarded the next day because they were having issue's with the Website Software yet again we stated that delivery was required for Friday 2nd October but was told it would now be following Friday 9th October 2026. Nothing was received again so phoned again on Saturday morning and spoke to someone who said he was the Boss and was working from home but hadn't taken his Laptop home with him so was unable to do anything there and then for us but promised he would sort it out for us by Monday. Nothing was received yet again. After constantly getting in touch and having apologies finally got 3 quotes come through, all different price's for the same order eventually but got it sorted and paid our money Wednesday 7th October 2026 with confirmation off them regarding delivery being Friday 9th October 2026. Having just checked with them on the phone again as we didn't have much faith in delivery arriving due to all the problems we had trying to order & pay and Guess what? No delivery can be made due to Transport unavailable so definitely wouldn't be Friday 9th. Never before dealt with such a firm like it, promises and apologies all the way through process off everyone we spoke to but apologies do not get the product/order we soooo required. At the moment we await refund not sure when that will be though.
Can only advise to avoid dealings with them.

Louis was very friendly and helpful even though he'd only been there a day. He answered all my questions or would ask me to hold on until he got an answer fir me. A credit to the company

Easy-to-use online ordering system, staff were very accommodating in moving my delivery day and helpful in dealing with my technical queries.

Product quality superb, representing excellent value for money. Particularly like the adjustable corner post to allow for non-right-angle junctions. I would definitely use eComposite products again.

Great quality fencing product. The composite Irish oak Venetian looks great with the carbon aluminium posts. I fitted it myself and it was straightforward to complete - taking care with the posts means the whole fence slots together easily. The purchase advice was excellent and although there was a glitch with the delivery (wrong posts supplied) Louie at eComposite rectified the issue immediately and the correct ones were quickly despatched. Whilst I would normally knock a star off for the glitch, the way it was dealt with was faultless, hence, 5 stars.

Good looking fences, though the panels fade quickly when north facing (6 months) and the trellis panels pop out in high wind.

As I live local, I went into the showroom and spoke with a salesperson. Gave exactly what we were after and given a quote stating I could email and order via there as would be sent a link as the fence panels were in stock but the trellis was not and would be delayed a couple of weeks.
After price adjustments as the person responding on email seemed to have no idea what I had been quoted for (even though I sent the quote) I paid. Turns out, what I thought was manufactured locally was indeed not and we were told theie China shipment was delayed and I ended up waiting nearly 6 weeks.
For it to turn up the wrong size!
I thought it was incorrect so asked if I could bring the 6ft ones back to get 5ft as I had ordered to be told - they are cut yourself, metal composite everything and I "should have read the t's and c's on the website" only I was sold in store so hadn't ever been informed they were "cut yourself" as I'd never had ordered or ordered off alibaba myself where these guys clearly order from and could have saved myself hundreds of pounds and had enough to pay for someone to come and do the work.
The customer service is non-existent and they're con men so AVOID at all costs

The price was good, I could speak to a real person if I wanted, and Georgia was really helpful and patient with my many questions! Just awaiting delivery now, which she was able to arrange for exactly the day I wanted.
Just an update, everything arrived on time, and the new fencing looks fantastic. There was a slight problem with the size of the gate I ordered, but this was dealt with very quickly and efficiently by Karl... All in a great buying experience.

We had Wooden fence panels which were falling apart, not helped by the very dry weather. We started looking to replace them and decided I didn't want to have to paint them every year and replace them every 7 to 8 years, we started looking at composites. There are a lot on the market and most look very plastic, then we came across eComposites. They have a very realistic wood effect.
So we contacted them, the lovely Georgia sorted our requirements out. We had 8 5ft panels and 9 6ft panels.
I fitted them myself and installation was dead simple once you do the first one. I was installing into existing concrete post and I found using a chop block very useful but feed the blade in slowly to avoid chipping.
The product is designed to be fitted with the posts supplied by eComposites, I would recommend using their nationwide installation service as we were so impressed with the panels we then ordered a door system which we had fitted by Joe and his mate. it turned out that his "mate" was Rob, the owner of eComposites who takes a personal interest in installations when he can

Late delivery promised twice and still not turned up don't rely on them if you need it by the delivery date.

I simply can't understand why the UK is still a country of run down crooked timber fences when you can have a beautiful modern and sturdy fence from eComposite!

I recently purchased a composite fencing system from Ecomposite for a U-shaped fence project with a pedestrian gate. As an experienced fence installer, this was my first time using this particular product, so I contacted the company before ordering and received helpful advice regarding the design and ordering process.

The materials arrived within a few days on pallets and my first impression was very positive. The boards, posts and overall finish looked high quality and aesthetically pleasing.

However, installation proved more challenging than expected. The system appears best suited to perfectly level ground. Our site had a slight incline in places, which made it difficult to keep the bottom rail running consistently while maintaining an attractive appearance. The rear section of the fence was positioned at the bottom of a small bank and, to keep the fence straight, the bottom rail required packing with bricks, which is far from ideal.

There were also several issues with the order itself. We discovered that wall-mounted posts, pedestrian gate fittings and an additional post were either missing or had not been included during the planning stage. Although I was assured the missing items would be dispatched within days, this did not happen. It took numerous phone calls, emails and complaints before the issues were addressed. During this process, responsibility was repeatedly attributed to delivery companies, although different delivery companies were mentioned on separate occasions.

The gate installation was particularly frustrating. No fitting instructions were supplied, and several components either appeared incorrect or did not fit properly. For example, all standard fence posts are supplied with slot covers, whereas the gate posts were not. The latch housing did not sit correctly on the post, and the main gate post was supplied at approximately 2.4m despite being specified as 2.7m. This required additional mechanical fixing, which then prevented the post cap from fitting correctly.

Overall, the fencing system itself looks attractive and the material quality is good. If your garden is level and the order is complete, I believe the finished result can look excellent. However, for sloping sites, additional planning and adaptation may be required which this product doesn't provide.

My biggest disappointment was the after-sales service. Customers should not have to make five or more phone calls and send multiple emails to obtain items that should have been supplied in the original order. Based on my experience, while I would consider using the product again, I would be reluctant to purchase through this company.

I had a fantastic experience with Georgia. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly.
