I'm very excited about my order... It's been a rocky start but the customer service has been great....I'll say more once my first order has been received

Removed my review because she didn't like the world knowing she's removing all the bad reviews and doxing innocent women on her business Facebook page. Is this a business or a teenager with a Facebook account?

I just love everything about Rebel Gypsy!

I made *30* purchases from Rebel Gypsy for wigs and wig care (brushes, wig grip) from 12/22-4/23. I've been battling hair loss since my early 20's and I found a sense of confidence and comfort in wearing a wig. I was drawn to RG through a FB add and was intrigued as these wigs were all advertised as being a "silk human blend" (I have many screenshots of the wigs I purchased to support this statement).

I was given information related to these wigs and their origin in March by former customers. Before making assumptions on someone else's word, I did my own research and ordered a few wigs from a website that I thought were matches to some of my favorites I had purchased from Rebel Gypsy. Indeed they were IDENTICAL. I commented on a BST FB group about this (with picture proof) in support of a different post. Within minutes, I was banned from the Rebel Gypsy FB group, my app account and my app credit deleted. I emailed customer support advising that I was requesting a refund for my outstanding orders, some of which had surpassed the stated 6 week shipping TAT, since I had been blocked and deleted. I was met with a less than satisfactory response stating "Our policy states that all sales are final. Why have you been blocked babe? Did you break the rules? That is the only reason people are blocked."

I in no way broke any "rules" of the Rebel Gypsy FB page, but was blocked anyway. After many emails back and forth and an offer of "app credit" (mind you my other app credit was taken away from me when they deleted my account), and over a month passed, I received the remainder of my outstanding wigs, though I was told they were shipping that week. (Told they were shipping the week of 5/3, actually shipped 6/8 or 6/9).

It disgusts me that I could have purchased 3-4x the wigs had I just purchased them from an authorized distributor. I wish I had found out the truth about this sooner. No lace front synthetic wig is worth $99-200+ unless they are actually human hair. The "luxury line" being sold, which I purchased several of, are also sold by authorized resellers of those brands for hundreds less than RG is selling them for.

Everyone will make their own choice on whether to continue purchasing from RG or not, I'm not here to tell people what to do. I'm here to share my personal experiences with this business that can 100% be supported with email and photographic evidence. I, personally, would never do business with them, or anyone associating themselves with this business in the future.

Ever since I came across a Rebel Gypsy, I’ve been hooked. I’ve bought several wigs and can’t wait to buy more buy more. I told my friends about them, the woman that do the live shows are absolutely wonderful. I’ve had a few questions along the way I sent emails to the company and within 24 hours they had gotten back to me with the answer to my question. I just think this is a fantastic company they really do put customers first and you feel that they really appreciate your business. When I receive an order there is always a thank you note inside. I have even received one through the mail.
I plan on doing business with them for a very long time.

I love the variety of options they have. They’re always doing some kind of sale or discounts and the live videos of the wigs are amazing and so helpful! I love that I get cash back with every purchase too! Anytime I have a question or need help with something the customer service girls are always so helpful and quick to respond. I feel so welcome and my confidence has improved so much since being a customer! And it’s always a good time and lots of laughs when Amanda, khrista, and mama B are involved!

Ordered 3 wigs and all 3 were awful. Colors not the same as shown and styles were completely different. Company does not take returns. Shipping takes forever. Will not purchase again.

Great "tribe" feel. Customer service can be great but they won't take returns even if its never left the warehouse. Owner is very involved, cares about her customers. Shipping can take a long time so be prepared especially if it's a special order. The wigs are good quality. I have my fair share of them, I have EDS and some hair thinning so this really helps my self esteem and changing colors and styles is so up lifting.

Seriously - buy one!! Or 30. These are great wigs. High quality, a lot of hair, but not hot or heavy!! Breathable and beautiful!! You won't regret it! Make sure to buy during a FB live and in the app! (They stream the lives in the app) you'll get cash back and a huge discount!

The quality of these wigs are AHHHMAZING!! I have bought sooo many now. I literally love everything about them! I get soooo many compliments on my hair when I wear them. You literally can't even tell it's a wig! I just love everything about them!!!

Oh, I absolutely love Rebel Gypsy. I have purchased over 100 wigs, I have purchased clothing, make up, and shoes and boots. The vibe and the products and the way that I have been treated is amazing and so above average. I have been treated like I’m part of a family a part of a tribe. I will forever be part of rRebel Gypsy nation.

Have been buying from this company since 2019. Found out in june that the owner has been purchasing from other wig companies ie; Bobbi Boss, and passing them off as her own ( having them made specifically for her) I didn't believe it until I looked inside the caps of some of the wigs I purchased and found two full tags in the back that were Bobbi Boss and 3 others that had remnants of tags that had been cut out. Customer service is horrible. 6 week "special orders" turn into 8 weeks or longer. These wigs that are made by Bobbi Boss cost anywhere from 20$-50$ and she marks them up to 99$- 600$. The other complaint I have is 2 of the wigs that I purchased had petite caps (like for a child) and the so called adjustable straps in the back do not help if the cap itself does not fit. I contacted customer service and was told "it fit their head so it should fit mine" so I lost money on those 2 as well. Lastly the wig detangler is in a little spray bottle with the logo stuck on the bottle (sticker), it DOES NOT include ingredients of what is in the bottle and could be potentially dangerous for someone who may be allergic to whatever is in it. 1. Slow delivery 2. Poor customer service 3. Wigs are not manufactured by this company 4. Potential health hazard: ALLERGY TO CONTENTS OF PRODUCTS.

I found RebelGypsy on Sezzle. I thought the wigs were very pretty. I purchased Denna. Once I got it, it didn't look like the one on her website. Someone told me the wigs were branded cheaper brands and I found the exact same wig with the exact same name from Bobbi Boss for 1/3 the cost. So many of her wigs can be found under their original branded name. I will never overspend with her company again.

Sent me wrong wig and no refund. Then blocked me on all ways to communicate with her. Let’s add her trying to flag every negative TRUE comment. To cover her business as a scam. All her wigs are Bobbi boss or other cheap synthetic wigs not human blend as she claims.

I ordered a few wigs and the quality seemed cheap for what I paid.They tangle like crazy after only 2 wears. I then found out she is ordering the wigs off divatress or ebonyline for around $30 & upcharging a crazy amount. She also claims she is custom making these wigs but every wig can he found on the websites listed above. Save your money!! FRAUD IS HAPPENING!!

Shout out to Rebel Gypsy! Highly recommend if your considering purchasing first wig or have many! RG "quality wigs" have given me so much that include a confidence that I had lost. They are comfortable and fun. Amanda and her team are so helpful and caring. I love the tips and tricks provided. RG company thrives to inspire, uplift each other, promote positivity, self confidence and be the best you can be in yourself. I love my RG family! Caring, kind, compassionate, beautiful souls. I placed an order on 5/23 for Lovers & Liars and the $99 starter kit. Later that afternoon, I found out we would be closing on our house in 30 days, and I wasn’t sure I would still be at my address to get a package. Also, facing all of the due diligence and inspection costs of buying a home, I wanted to cancel. Via email, the refund policy was explained to me, but the owner assured me it would be no issue to change my address. She also offered me full app credit if I still wanted to cancel. I opted to receive the order, and it arrived by 6/8. Total experience time was just over two weeks from order to delivery.

Ultimately, Rebel Gypsy products weren’t for me. The wigs I got were not flattering on me and I wasn’t able to wear them out.

However, the owner has since recognized my concerns and we were able to reach a peaceful and even friendly resolution. I have updated this review to reflect that she is willing to work through issues when they come up. Customer service goes a long way with me! Y’all stay blessed and peaceful ❤️

A couple months ago, I left a five star review because at the time, that review was one hundred percent true. As time passed, and experiences changed, I need to update my review. The owner used my phone number to reach out to me after blocking me on social media with zero communication regarding reasons why. Refunded my last order with zero reasons. Other than, her texting me the assumption of me not liking her the next day. When you order, your shipping time is longer than listed with the same short staff excuse yet launches new products. Price gouging is through the roof.
