Absolutely nonexistent customer service I want to return tape and hair extensions that were mailed to me in the wrong color have sent six emails and have called several numbers that are listed with the results on and nothing works

Fantastic quality and customer service.
The customer service at Intacte was fantastic. My order encountered an error, for some reason it was stuck in "cyberspace" without my knowledge as the order stated it would be delivered at a certain date. I even paid extra for express shipping. I contacted the company upon not receiving the order and they fixed it right away, refunded me the shipping fee and more. The hair is amazing, very good quality. My stylist mentioned that this hair is the best quality hair I;ve brought her thus far and I am quite the hair extension connaisseur as I have been wearing them on and off for 17 years.
The only negative thing I have to bring up is the extra $200 I had to pay in duty which I was not aware of. So, if you are ordering from outside of the US, be ready to fork out $$ for duty.
Other than that, I am very satisfied and highly recommend this hair.

tape doesn’t hold up
At first the hair looked and felt great. After wearing them less than a month they started to slip and fall out. I’ve worn tape in extensions for years and know what shampoos to use and how often I should be washing my hair.
Disappointing for the price, I’ve purchased cheaper extensions that have held up much better.

This product was horrible
This product was horrible, I wore them for one month and when I went in to my hairdresser they were completely matted an useable.
Two hair exstensions specialist said that they had a manufacture defect.

Great purchase
Although delivery took a little longer than I had anticipated, the color and quality of the tape-ins was beyond impressive. The only glitch with placement was removing the paper on the tape. The paper is not splint in the middle like on other tape-ins but other than that, I would definitely recommend. I will be buying from intacte hair again.
