I will never use this website again. I sent a beautiful bag for trade. It took them 10 days to evaluate my trade after they received it then gave me $50 less than the original offer. It took 2 more days to ship the bag I purchased. Throughout the entire process I continually had to reach out via email as they don't send any updates or update the order on their website. They sent the bag via Fed Ex with signature required and no option to change the delivery instructions. I had to call Fed Ex and BEG them to hold the package for pick up. I had to drive to Fed Ex in a Nor'Easter to pick it up or they were going to send it back to the shipper. Worst experience purchasing from a resale site EVER!!

I had an excellent experience with REBAG. The shipping service was fast, efficient, and very well managed. The item description matched the product I received perfectly—in terms of both details and quality—and it arrived in perfect condition, fully meeting my expectations. I would certainly buy from them again and recommend the platform for its professionalism and reliability.

There was no communication once I completed my purchase outside of an email with the order number. I had to send a text and email requesting my shipping information. Shipping information stated it was out for delivery but was not delivered. Upon checking the app the shipping information was updated stating they were working on resolving the delivery issue. Since I do not work from home, this was an issue since a signature is required for delivery causing me to take another day off from work to be available to sign for the delivery. I’m losing time from work to receive an item I paid almost $2000 for. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!

The whole process took long time. Also I was the one who was following on the progress as the status on app was not matching to the mails and messages i was getting . At one point I got message that we hope ur enjoying ur bag . And I did not even received the bag . I went to store and they told me not yet shipped . But the validation and verification of my ring was done which I was trading for bag . So sales rep opened ticket for me which I had to follow up all the time . It was a tedious process

Sent a bag that was previously purchased from ReBag back for consignment. I listed the condition as the same as when It was listed when I purchased it since I never used the bag because I found it to be too small for my needs. I was notified that the value has dropped and the commission increased because it was evaluated different that what I had stated. The bag was never used and thus the condition never changed! They do this to get you to send them the bag and figure that you won't bother to have it sent back for another fee. Beware of their bait and switch tactics!
