Takes too long to deliver & lowered the price of my trade in. For my sale, I have to wait 2 months for my money. It is a shame, I really wish I had a better experience.

It took over a month and a half to process a trade. I was not able to use the on-line chat feature to contact someone- it wasn’t working. I finally found an email and was able to get a status of the trade. The turn-around time and communication needs to be improved.

Poor communication, very long processing times and what feels like at the end like a bait and switch with pricing (when selling to them) People are quoted a specific price based on photos and an accurate description. Then once the bag has been sent to Rebag, they significantly adjust and offer a lower price.

I placed an order for a Fendi FF Baguette bag around $2600, my credit card charged immediately, but I didn't received a confirmation email. I got concerned and called the customer service, went to the chat for assistance and got no responses at all. So I wrote an email to the contact us and heard it back in 3 hours. I was told the confirmation email was sent but I never got it, not in my spam folder either. I was told various excuses for not getting an email confirmation, such as I wasn't a member. Seriously? You have to become a member to get a confirmation? I was getting worrier and my tone was getting more stern. I gave them a hard time, saying I'd stop the payment, report to the law enforcement and the BBB if I didn't get a confirmation for my purchase asap. Then the customer service assured me the order was already processed in shipment. I kept giving them pressure because a confirmation email matters a lot. I had to protect myself as the merchandise was over $2600! Finally, I received the confirmation three days after the purchase (why so long?) and the package arrived the same day via FedEx! I am very satisfied with the bag but the experience was unnecessarily stressful! My advice is to give them a hard time and let them be aware that you're ready to take legal action if the process is not going as expected! And I suspect that this is a one-man company with no assistance for phone calls and chat inquiries. I will do NO more business with them in the future!
