Justin was a perfect salesman! Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy, and so nice that I went to him on a Saturday, bought a Louis Vuitton purse, and then went to him again three days later and bought a second LV purse!

My necklace was even more beautiful in person. You could tell that it was packaged with the utmost of care. It was such a pleasure opening the box. It came faster than expected. I will definitely not hesitate ordering from Rebag again.

I am very disappointed in the follow up. I love my bag however there was some defects that were not described and I sent an e mail within 24 hrs of bag arrival.

Communication is a hassle. Once you placed the order, thats it. You cant contact customer service if you have any questions or concerns. The phone system does not work. They will call you back DAYS LATER.

This was my first order with Rebag. I have never been more pleased with a purchase in my 67 years! The handbag is everything it was described and shown as and I am just taken away by the quality and the condition of it. I will be shopping again. Thank you Rebag for making my first designer handbag purchase a wonderful experience. Y'all are great!!!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced worst business I dealt with I can sign two items. It’s been over two months. I haven’t been paid for one item one item. They shipped back with the dust bags, box receipt, and ribbons missing and when I purchased something that they had in a description incorrectly I was told I can return it, but I still have to pay for return shipping

I ordered a Great LV bag at a great price with the sale that was taking place. I received it yesterday and it is wonderful and just as it was described !

I have sold several LV and Prada bags through Rebag. Although it takes a long minute to get through all the steps, it is well worth it. There have many who have helped me along the way: Hassia, Latoya M., Joon.. and many more.

The store manager, and her staff at the Sawgrass Mills store were awesome! I have had a long relationship at ReBag thanks to the amazing Zeshaun, now in a more senior position. Congrats Zeshaun!

Absolutely Horrendous Experience for Sellers – Avoid Rebag!

I cannot stress enough how awful the selling experience with Rebag has been. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone looking to sell their luxury items.

First, it takes 30+ days just to get paid after selling your item. As if that isn’t frustrating enough, their bank transfer process is an absolute nightmare.

To transfer your money, they require a security code sent via email. Sometimes the code arrives, sometimes it doesn’t, and even when you manage to complete the process, the transfer repeatedly fails. I’ve attempted this over 12 times and have exchanged countless emails with customer service trying to access MY OWN MONEY.

After all this back-and-forth, customer service finally informed me that bank transfers can only be initiated in the morning. So I followed their instructions, completed the process in the morning, and emailed them as requested. Guess what? ANOTHER FAILED TRANSFER.

I’ve now attempted the process again just today, and I still have no confidence that I’ll actually receive my money.

At this point, it genuinely feels like Rebag is holding my money hostage. The amount of time, effort, and frustration involved in simply getting paid for an item I’ve already sold is completely unacceptable.

Imagine selling a luxury handbag and then having to practically beg a company to give you your own money. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

I’ve had much better selling experiences with alternatives like Fashionphile and The RealReal, and I would strongly encourage anyone considering Rebag to explore those options instead.

Selling your luxury items should not turn into a month-long battle to get paid. Rebag should be embarrassed by how difficult they’ve made this process. Never again.

I give 5 stars for Latoya who was the only person that got me the answers that I was inquiring about. But for Rebag, I give 3 stars. I have been in contact with about 2 different people and no answers, just they’ll look into it. Buying from Rebag is great. The fact that you can do a trade in the transaction is awesome. My only complaint is selling to Rebag. The process takes forever! There is no real person to talk to; you just got to leave a message and someone will text or email you. I just can’t see how it takes over 30 days to get a payout. Fashionphile is within a couple of days.

I am over the moon!!

I am over the moon!!! I wanted this particular bag that is no longer made, and there were quite a few of them in this color on the secondhand market. Some of them were in not so good shape. This one was noted to be in excellent condition. The only thing that Rebag said was that it had a slight odor so I was expecting it with an odor but when it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised that the odor was actually like new leather smell. It didn’t have any odor other than the pleasant odor of what a new handbag smells like when it’s made out of leather and I got a great deal on it got a little discount and I did accidentally sign up to be a Rebag customer and I had to talk to somebody to get that taken off, but they did refund me, so no problem there overall this has been an amazing experience. And I love my hot pink Fendi peekaboo that looks like it’s brand new and smell smells like leather. Not sure why trust pilot removed my review!! It was me who took the time to write this review after I spoke to a customer service rep. I assure you that this was a great experience please let me review them.
