I was expecting a certificate of authenticity with the purchase of this Gucci bag. There was none and the bag did not look real and I had nothing to prove otherwise.

I sent you an email saying I needed to return a bag I purchased. An email was sent to me that same day saying they would review my request and get back to me shortly. I never received a follow up email from you. I did print up a return label and sent an email asking if it was OK for me to send the item back seeing I heard heard nothing from you. I got a response from Claire talking about me selling an item. I responded back to her saying I wasn’t selling I was trying to return. I got a second email from her saying she received my offer which also was an error as I had made no offer.
Someone needs to look into who is communicating with customers as these errors left me unsettled

Shouldn’t have to pay a $50 membership fee in order to get a bag at a reasonable price.Also, the discounted price should be acceptable without any additional fees other than shipping. Makes no sense that once I cancel my membership my credit is no longer available to me. The credit should automatically be sent whether you decide to or not utilize the site again.

Over the course of a month, I encountered a rather frustrating experience when attempting to withdraw my funds. I was unable to receive the codes sent to my email address, and previous agents repeatedly advised me to try again the following day. However, Hassia promptly contacted me and resolved the matter within an hour. Her professionalism and dedication to providing excellent customer service were evident throughout the process. I would like to express my sincere gratitude for her assistance.

I returned a bag in September because the zipper was hard to open and close and you shorted me on my refund $98….not good business I returned it after 4 days of receiving it . Only because getting a return label took 2 days!

Slow Process, but Good Dedicated Customer Service

I ran into some frustration trying to withdraw my funds from the Rebag Wallet. I attempted the withdrawal three days in a row with no success, and even trying during their recommended payment window didn't work initially. On my fourth attempt, the transaction finally went through.

While the Rebag payment system can be slow and take some patience to get working, their customer service makes a difference. A representative named Hassia reached out directly, kindly confirmed my withdrawal, and provided good support for my additional questions. The payout process takes longer than it should, but it eventually works out, and knowing they have attentive support to back you up gives good peace of mind.

The patent leather size 7 shoe I purchased, the sizing was inaccurate.It appeared to be a size 6.Unfortunately it is a final sale. I am extremely disappointed.
