The item is described as being in excellent condition, but they sent me a shabby wallet that is only fit for the trash. 😡

Rebag is a complete scam. They used to take 1 month to even do any inspection on the sent item - then sent me back a fake bag.

Now, after another submission, they promised the payout will be processed, after it is checked, and it will take 30 days. They gotten back with such a delayed response, that I will get a payout after more than 3 months. Anyone making their way to them because of the selling, do not do it - their customer service is non-existing. There's no way to connect over the call, although they state that you can start calling at 9 AM. After 2 months of trying to contact, I can tell, the phone line is non-existing with the pre-made selection that leads nowhere. Same with the chat support. They claim they have an active "team" that can help via chat, but there is no way to contact the live person on the chat, only the pre-made answers. They will chase you via "sale texts" until you send your items, but unable to EVER respond to any replies you may have. Their email responses are lame, automatic, rude, and extremely delayed. If you want to save yourself nerves, don't do it.

Experience with World trade center - they told me that if I drop off a bag in WTC, the payout will be quicker. They were doing their own inspection and on top of that, stupidly ask for ID, which is not correct, since you only ship to their warehouse without the ID. They are making processes way more complicated. They are trying to be diverse by having lgbtq staff - that are untalented, stupid, so opinionated, and don't take any client service seriously and there is no sense of urgency.
These people also evaluated the hangbag for way less, over a significant amount less than what it was quoted for, even after sending all the photos and everything. There is nothing wrong. But they are just a complete great scammers, so of course they will mark if for way less. They either like you or not. Stupid long process and also they have to send it somewhere.

You never read this, did you? Because as you can see, I contacted you via emails as well, why do you say to contact via email “to assist” when you and your colleagues are incompetent?

Beautiful bag! Arrived sooner than expected

The transaction took too long and I am having a difficult time trying to return the bag I purchased. Rebag staff has been unresponsive to my email messages and the return link on Rebag's site does not work.

I saw a lot of bad reviews about Rebag, but I have not had anything to complain so far. Their buyout process does take a while to complete, but as long as I get paid for my items as we agreed, I don’t really care much.

Every time I had questions about the status of my transaction/payout, I sent a message to their customer service and got a response within a couple days. Last I spoke with Akilah, who was very professional and helpful.

Taken 1 star off because I hope the payout process could be a bit quicker in the future.

I was expecting a certificate of authenticity with the purchase of this Gucci bag. There was none and the bag did not look real and I had nothing to prove otherwise.

I sent you an email saying I needed to return a bag I purchased. An email was sent to me that same day saying they would review my request and get back to me shortly. I never received a follow up email from you. I did print up a return label and sent an email asking if it was OK for me to send the item back seeing I heard heard nothing from you. I got a response from Claire talking about me selling an item. I responded back to her saying I wasn’t selling I was trying to return. I got a second email from her saying she received my offer which also was an error as I had made no offer.
Someone needs to look into who is communicating with customers as these errors left me unsettled

Shouldn’t have to pay a $50 membership fee in order to get a bag at a reasonable price.Also, the discounted price should be acceptable without any additional fees other than shipping. Makes no sense that once I cancel my membership my credit is no longer available to me. The credit should automatically be sent whether you decide to or not utilize the site again.

Over the course of a month, I encountered a rather frustrating experience when attempting to withdraw my funds. I was unable to receive the codes sent to my email address, and previous agents repeatedly advised me to try again the following day. However, Hassia promptly contacted me and resolved the matter within an hour. Her professionalism and dedication to providing excellent customer service were evident throughout the process. I would like to express my sincere gratitude for her assistance.

Incredible selection at Rebag—I found the exact bag I wanted! They can be priced a bit higher than other luxury resale sites, but the low shipping fees and free return policy make it completely worth it. Highly recommend them, and a special shout out to Cleo for being an amazing SA!

I returned a bag in September because the zipper was hard to open and close and you shorted me on my refund $98….not good business I returned it after 4 days of receiving it . Only because getting a return label took 2 days!
