very good service at the store , but you need to improve on your phone service , as i tried today the third time to speak to a member within the last week & each time i got told that someone will call me back, & im still waiting !

Hershy Hager looked after me and sorted me out. He was:
friendly
polite
efficient
quick
patient etc.
Especially post COVID that is very rare indeed!!!
PS: Do not show this to him or he might get big headed but I mean every word

sholi and h are amazing with customer service making sure every customer should be highly satisfied. thank you

I would love to share my experience when my phone broke and Meir and Sholi did a wonderful and professional job and explained so well what the issue was and how they solved it THANKS !!!

I contacted Aaron early this morning as I had an issue with my data. He responded within a few minutes even though it was before opening hours and he got it resolved straight away. Amazing service every time!!! Thanks so much!!!! :-)

Great customer service.
Anthony & Aron, and showroom staff were excellent to deal with.
They brought in products a branch in another area within a couple of hours to fulfil the order and assist.

Purchased four lines and ported our old numbers over. From start to finish everything ran smoothly and the numbers have ported over just now. Can't fault the service and the communication was quick and professional. I love excellent customer service and this is how it should be.
