Bought a replacement battery for my Dell latitude looking at the price. The battery arrived with the stated power of 68,005 mWh which is more than the original DELL battery. This should've been the first red flag. But no I thought I'll test it first and then review it. First couple of months all good, battery lasted forever. 3rd month, laptop did not bootup stating low battery even though it was plugged in!! Ok I thought its a one off and didnt think much. couple of days later, it did it again ! and this continued for over a month, every other day. After running the battery report, was shocked to see the full charge capacity was down to 25,202 mWh !! within 3 months !! so clearly the price is too god to be true, and the product us a what you pay for is what you get! if you want a long lasting battery then please avoid buying from Softhands.

Great product & prompt delivery
The PSU of one of our Dell laptops had to be replaced. Softhands provided us with an identical replacement at an excellent price delivered next day! We will be using this company as our first port of call for PSUs, keyboards and screens. Thank you for the wonderful service and product!

Ordered an official Lenovo charger for a Lenovo S340-14IWL as third party ones messed with the touch pad.

This worked perfectly and was delivered quickly.

Infuriatingly terrible customer service and lack of care for customers. Avoid this company.

Spent £50 for next day delivery on a replacement screen (was going abroad), arrived 3 days late and they had sent me the wrong panel.

Contacted customer service who said they would send a replacement part, then completely ghosted any follow up before messaging "hello mate" after a full week.

I would assume the person on the other end is intentionally trying to piss me about. Please NEVER purchase any products from this website. It's basically a scam.

I wanted to replace the Type C USB adaptor supplied with my Dell laptop that plugged in too near to the front with a better barrel port adaptor that plugged in at the back. Softhands had a genuine Dell one in stock, unlike Dell (which was also more expensive) and it arrived superfast within one working day of ordering. Great!

Was posted and delivered vary quickly the battery was an upgrade on power and fitted in without any issues at all giving me double the working time of my old battery. Highly recommend

Asked for the product to be delivered by DHL they delivered by the Post Office. To deliver by DHL cost more so feeling ripped off there. They gave me no tracking ID so could not track the delivery using the Post Office app Found out two days later after contacted them it had been delivered but was with a neighbour. Will not use them again. Thankfully the product was £25 or so. Would not use again and certainly wouldn't trust with an expensive item.

I was sent the wrong panel. I ordered a part for a Dell and received one for a HP. Despite sending pics of the incorrect panel I have had no further feedback from the company, absolutely appalling customer service!
