Very easy process, saved me money and I would tell my friends.

The people assigned to my case were very helpful and informative. As someone new to refinancing I felt my best interest were being looked after by everyone who helped me. Michael Hallen was very patient and answered all my questions. My new payment plan is perfect for me.

Had a offer come in the mail for pre qualified lower rate called and tried my luck they did not inform me they where going to do a hard pull on my credit or state any type of score I would need to be considered for a lower refinance rate befor doing a hard pull on my credit i feel as if it is just unprofessional for them to do so agent said it was in terms and conditions but the person who I spoke to on the phone did not inform me of any hard credit pull I was under the impression that a soft credit pull is done to see if you would qualify befor the hard credit pull but that was not the case now I have a hard inquiry on my credit report that will be there for awhile and did not get anything out of it but just that so watch out for them pre qualified letters I belive it is just click bait or a lure for them to just do hard credit pulls and give people a hard inquiry on there credit reports

The process was easy and I got the results I was looking for. Rebecca was great to work with and a great communicator. If I could give an additional 5 stars for her, I would.

I got a quick response with an easy application process. It's nice to work with a real person. DAVID was very responsive and followed up with everything he said he would in a timely manner. How communicative, they were how they stayed in contact with me. How they text me right back? Explain how to do some emails. Crystal is amazing. She told me everything and more that I got. I didn't realize I was gonna get that many benefits, but I got way more than I ever. Could imagine highly recommended. They made it easy
