After two weeks of frustration and back-and-forth emails, the coat finally arrived at my friend's place. She is very happy with the quality and we will be testing it with the cold Swiss weather.

I have a problem with the delivery and Rain Sisters customer service, Daniela, refused to help me further.

DHL notified my friend that it cannot be delivered because they could not find the address (negligence from DHL) and after a back-and-forth call between me and DHL because Rain Sisters refused to offer me a help with this, DHL Germany insisted that it is sent to the customer. However, Rain Sisters also insisted that it is being delivered even though that is not the case.

Now I have spent almost 300€ on a rain coat for a friend as her Christmas gift that will never arrive. I will be disputing this with my credit card company.

If you ordered their rain coats, pray that it will be delivered because Rain Sisters will not help you solve the problem.

This is my second rainsisters coat and I absolutely adore it. The shipping was fast, the garment delightful, customer service excellent.

This is the second coat I've ordered from Rain Sisters, and if I could, I'd order more, in every cut and colour! I hesitated at first because I live in Canada and thought I wouldn't wear it much, what with the five-month winter and the two-month heatwave in summer—and the rest of the time, it doesn't rain that much. But actually, this coat isn't just a raincoat. It's the perfect coat for spring and fall (I've worn it in temperatures between 5 and 15 degrees Celsius). Everything about it is perfect: the elegant cut, the beautiful fabric, the quality of the construction, the waterproofing, the large adjustable hood, and the spacious pockets. The price is high, but that's the price of quality, and I know I'll keep these coats in impeccable condition for years. I feel absolutely fabulous in them, even on dreary days when I've just thrown on some old pair of jeans. I also want to add that the Rain Sisters team is fantastic and very responsive, replying to emails with kindness and precision. I'll conclude by adding that, for both orders, the delivery times were incredible (3 days!!). Thank you Rain Sisters!

I have two of their coats now. They are lovely, definitely waterproof and surprisingly warm. I live in Ireland, so we get plenty of rain, but winters are mild.

I have a double-breasted trench coat and the full-skirt coat. I get compliments wherever I go.

I am 1.56m (5'2) UK size 10-12, I bought petite and regular size M coats. The petite coat ends at my knees, while the regular coat ends at my shin (I wear maxi dresses so I thought the longer coat would be a better option).

The size M, is loose on me, but I prefer this if I want to wear a heavier jumper with the coat. The trench coat comes with a belt, so I can sinch the waist.

Bought my first rainsisters coat 2 years ago and it still looks like new (even though it’s my go to jacket almost year round). I have lost a lot of weight so I bought two new ones (one long and one short) in my new size. Love them too! I was planning on deciding between the two but they look so good I couldn’t choose.

When I received my order, I was thrilled with my coat. It fits perfectly, is a flattering style and drapes beautifully. It will be wonderful to wear as I brave the Canadian weather. I am so pleased I made this wardrobe investment. I highly recommend this company and their products. Thank you RainSisters!

Pretty coat but not practical for British weather hoods too large so just falls down and the pull tabs don’t work either bought it a year ago

The coat I received was of an outstanding quality. I didn't feel it was the right size for me so I followed the instructions on exchange that were included in the box I received. It was very easy to do so and I can't wait for the next one to arrive!

For months our Daughter has been eyeing a coat from Rainsisters, she placed one particular pattern on her wishlist for Christmas. We had concerns about sizing and ensuring the best possible fit for her dream coat. Through oustanding communication with Daniela from Rainsisters, we were able to make her wish come true. Every step of the process is made incredibly easy through their online website. The ladies from Rainsisters provivded an exceptional shopping experience. If you are considering one of their offerings do not hesitate to give them a try, you won't be disappointed! Pricing was reasonable and shipping was lighting fast through DHL.

Dont fall for the SoMe Markting, and fake reviews. The Quality of the Jacket is definitely not worth the price. The webpage is full of sketchy business practices like putting many items on sale, but not having any in stock until the day the sale ends. When they lure you in, dont expect good customer service either. even when they make a mistake.

They had changed the design on one of their jackets. Didn´t want to change pictures tho, so ALL (not some as they claim here) was from the old design, when I received the new designed one. I wanted to return it. Customer "Service" told me, it's an upgrade, be happy. If you dont like it you can cut it yourself!!! it was a present, so that would mean I couldn't return it of course. And if you want to return it, they make that process difficult aswell, short dealines, labels that works almost nowhere and of course a FEE for their mistake, which you have to pay. NOT RECOMMENDED

Don't believe the "Hype" low quality, sketchy business practices and non existing customer service. Charging me for sending me the wrong ITEM. I ordered a Christmas present for my wife from here, as much as i think she would like it, i am buying something else from somewhere else. They send me a wrong Item, told me they dont have what i ordered at all, the customer service, dont seem to really care. i was also told i could return until next year, but their system, which doesnt work very well, only allow me to Return until the 17th. So i am happy i noticed the mistake, before waiting for Christmas. And would be stuck with it. So i will just return it, get her something else, from somewhere more profesional. But now they charge me 10€ in handling fee´s, for returning the wrong item.

Many things in life force one to choose between form or function. I finally found Rainsisters after an exhaustive search for a beautiful yet functional raincoat! I also love the company: the focus on slow fashion, eco-sustainability, and three awesome sisters creating together. I always get a ton of compliments when I wear my Rainsisters coats! Thank you for such beautiful and practical artwork!

What's not to love about Rain Sisters..
Finally raincoats that turn heads for their femininity rather than making me look like I am in a military parade. I adore their coats (I have quite the collection) and love swaying and swirling the full 50's style skirts. I have been chased down in airports and streets by men asking where they can buy one for their wife. The coats are well made and the fabrics good quality. They are also good with any returns (I only needed to once and that had nothing to do with any fault, just a size adjustment and their communication is good) More power to these sisters. I'll enjoy seeing new introductions.

The ordering process and delivery were seamless. The coat is gorgeous, absolutely stunning. My only complaint is having to pay extra for a belt with a buckle. I would not expect to have to incur such an expense for a buckled belt when the coat is sold at such a high price point. It would be better to charge $40 more for the coat and just include the buckled belt.Nevertheless, I’m extraordinarily satisfied with my purchase.

Love the coat. Fits like a glove.
This is my third coat.
I’m wondering… I ordered petite in the black balloon sleeve coat with the peplum belt. From a per portion perspective, should it have been a bit shorter? It didn’t come in a petite size.

I didn’t like the shipping experience this time. I didn’t like having to do the “shop app”. It was confusing and no value. Shipping was longer and don’t forget to tell customers about the duty charges. It is quite substantial.

I talked to the customer service what was the best for my size after I gave them my measurements and they requested I ordered M to which I did and it fit me really well. Customer service was very helpful. I suggest shopping during Black Friday and subscribing to their mailing list. I love how they send out messages to everyone whom purchased their brand and I love supporting small brands. I was living in Austria and it arrived within 4 to 5 days. So there was no problems regarding delivery.
Looking forward to add more collection of raincoats.
