I just made my purchase on the last june 2025 with RainSister girls, so thank you so much for my fancy coat I’ve been wishing for a long time ago. I wasn’t completely sure about the colour, but I was confident about the style.

I’m sorry if I didn’t fill out the post-purchase survey correctly. I chose your brand because I really needed a good raincoat. I live in Ireland now, but my homeland is Mexico, so my clothes and myself are not preparing for this kind of weather and of course there is not a pretty design for it. But with your stylish coat, anyone and myself are ready for any rainy day, in any country in the world.

I also had the chance to visit Riga last year and really enjoyed your beautiful country! So I am more than happy to buy Latvian design!

Most importantly, I appreciate that you’re this fashion design company that truly cares about the environment. It’s rare to find brands that are both sustainable and committed to high-quality fashion design. Thank you for making a difference.

I always try to buy cruelty-free makeup and shampoos, and I aim to be more conscious about spending my money on clothing made under fair working conditions!

You know not like fast fashion brands like cheap online shops with horrible worker conditions, quality or even good design.

My experience with Rain Sisters was great. From the purchase, through the return, and the hassle (on my part) of reordering, I had full support from the Rain Sisters team. The product is of excellent quality, and the Rain Sisters team was available every step of the way, helping me choose the right product, size, and answering all my questions.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Ordering was uncomplicated and the delivery was very fast. I immediately fell in love with my new coat. Fabric, design and fit were even better than expected.

My wife absolutely loved her coat for her birthday! She calls it her Princess Coat :) The service a Rain Sisters was awesome with answering my questions and the service for delivery was on track and on time.

Ordered a coat for my wife for Christmas. Unfortunately it was a little bit too small, so I contacted the seller via email and got the return label.
When I made a few mistakes and significantly complicated the process, customer service was immediately available and showed commendable patience and understanding. Together we got the situation under control and everything ultimately turned out well.
My wife got a new coat which now fits perfectly.

Ich habe eine Retoure zurück geschickt und DHL hat den Inhalt irgendwo zwischen Deutschland und Lettland getauscht. Da ich nur Originalempfänger bin, muss sich RAINSISTER bei DHL melden. Sie meinten aber, dass es für Sie nicht so wichtig ist, also muss ich für die Jacke bezahlen, die ich nicht mal habe…
Kundenservice ist nicht so hilfreich… Als Kunde aus Deutschland, würde ich nicht nochmal bestellen, wenn ich mir mit der Größe sicher bin und retournieren muss. Wenn es verloren geht oder etwas ähnliches passiert, habt Ihr laut Rainsisters dann einfach Pech gehabt…

P.S. Ich habe selbst bei DHL einen Fall aufgemacht und mir wurde gesagt, dass der Originalabsender die Rückerstattung bei DHL anfordern soll. Rainsisters hat aber gesagt, dass sie das nicht machen. Meiner Meinung nach ist das ein gescheiterter Kundensupport.

Beautiful coats but a little overpriced.

Everything that has had to do with the products and the store has been impeccable. The jackets are super beautiful and feminine and fit well. Already on the first walk I got a compliment from another woman! They fit so nicely that you also feel really pretty inside yourself.

The return was a little bit difficult, as you had to print the label yourself, and it was not entirely easy to hand in the package, but that part of the hassle was due to the courier Bring (DHL collab) so it is not RainSister's fault.

RainSister's customer service was through it all really large and nice to help and guide, give me extra time compared to what the website said, and allow me to return a product that I couldn't return according to their return system. They have been understanding, clear and really kind and helpful throughout everything. Possibly the best customer service experience I've had! 😊

The entire process from beginning to end was wonderful. Placing the order was very easy, even though it was out of country.
The emails I received not only kept me informed, but they were written in such an elegant and personal way that I felt like I was working with a close friend through the whole process.

Im honestly surprised at the number of 5 star reviews! Great style no doubt but these jackets are LIGHT water resistant, and not appropriate for the rain. Regardless I bought two pairs (for style only, not wet weather). When I received my coats, like a few others said elsewhere, I had to double check the tag on my coat. The beige is size "S" and the black is "M"... i figured I would size up in the black as it had a tie to bring in the waist. I am bamboozled how companies can get away with such a size difference! I looked like a potato sack and it was not flattering at all! And when you tie it up, it still doesn't tie well, and the pockets end up at the back (ie not functional). At these prices, I would expect functional coats, and with only an online presence I would expect proper sizing information before we buy... because ultimately if something doesn't fit, we are still liable to pay the re-stocking fee. I am not happy with this experience as I really wanted the coat, and now I don't even know what size I would buy (if i went too small, perhaps the arms dont fit). Waste of my time, effort and money. Avoid, there are many other companies who make lovely jackets.

Terrible Customer service. Mid Quality and suspect business practices. Gave one to my girlfriend for Christmas. First they lied about how long I could return. They also had sales with low prices but almost nothing in stock. And when you have to return it for a size problem (there sizes are not true to size) you suddenly have to pay double for the same coat in another color. So you are forced to just send it back and accept the restocking fee. And ruin the Christmas presents. Thanks for nothing.

Ik heb 2 jassen van Rainsisters. De kwaliteit is super. Ik draag ze regelmatig maar beide jassen zien er na intensief dragen nog uit als nieuw. Als je het maat advies goed volgt zitten de jassen als gegoten. Ik krijg vaak complimenten wanneer ik de jas draag. De klantenservice is vriendelijk, behulpzaam en reageert snel. De jassen komen snel en netjes verpakt aan.

Trots att kapporna skickades från UK till Sverige fick jag dem inom en vecka. Kundservice var snabb när jag ville byta storlek och även leverans nummer två gick snabbt, trots juletid/black week osv.
Kapporna känns lyxiga och ser ut precis som på bilderna på hemsidan. Mycket nöjd.

Love my coat! I get constant compliments. I was Leary due to the price but it is very well made.
