Great service and great that you offer the coats in a tall version. The sleeves, however, were still too short, and since that measurement is not listed for the tall items on the webpage I bought a coat that did not fit and sent it back. Such a shame - the concept and the fit are wonderful.

Coats are just gorgeous and excellent cut and quality! It’s probably the nicest raincoat I’ve ever owned and also get compliments when wearing it! Also have such beautiful colours and prints!

Beautiful jackets with good fitting. I’m tall and it’s the first jackets I have had which has long enough sleeves.

Receiving such a beautiful coat (pink coat with red poppy print). Fabulous quality material and I love the fact that the hood is detachable unlike the first one which by the way, is also beautiful. I have been stopped on many occasions by passers-by just wanting to ask where I bought it and if I still had the details which ai always give them. Would buy from Rainsisters again too.

Ordered one before my trip to Scotland, to prepare for the frequent rain. The coat withstood the test of weather, it was great to not have to worry about rain and look fashionable.

Very quick, the cut and quality of the item. I was hesitating between two sizes and chose the bigger one and that was good, it allows me to wear a sweater underneath when it's colder.

The quality of the products is really good and my experience with their customer service has been impeccable. I like that they allow exchanges between sizes for free, since it is always hard to guess corectly the size with online shopping. The prices have unfortunately gone up, so I am not sure how often I will be able to buy again, but it is understandable with today's economy and with the level of craftsmanship.
