Goods arrived on time
Goods arrived on time. I've fitted the seuthe smoker but can't test it yet because I didn't order the oil on time. Everything looks great. I have mooched on the website and it looks very tempting. But Rome wasn't built in a day.

I ordered a Marklin lococmotive
I ordered a Marklin model which was unavailable in the UK. It took nearly 3 months but Rainbow managed to obtain it for me at a significantly discounted price. I have the loco now. It is superb in every respect and worth the wait.

Great Service
The model arrived broken (most likely a fault of the manufacturers)
Once we got in touch they offered us a replacement model immediately and even did checks on it to make sure it was okay as well as running it in.
Great staff and great service.
