Ordered two keys for my laptop. Keys included key, hinge, and cup. Keys are $4.99 each and then shipping was $2.79. A bit pricey, but cheaper than buying a new keyboard right now.

I look at it from this perspective. Sure, this company is making a fortune off a single keyboard, but they also have to keep a large stock of them, too. So there's probably a lot of overhead as they slowly sell keys off.

Overall, I'm satisfied. A+ Company and reputable.

I purchased one key in early October and was super excited that I'd be able to fix my broken key for cheap. It has now been nearly a month since I placed this order, and I still have yet to receive this item. I contacted the support email twice and both times I got the same copy and pasted "just wait it out" email, despite the fact that I asked for a refund as I was no longer interested in this product. The website that I ordered my key from has also been displaying nothing but error messages since my order; I have no other way to contact this company. Never ever order from here; seems like nothing but a scam. I am still waiting for a refund, however according to package tracking, this item never left PA...

Very, VERY satisfied with this company. I popped a key off my Lenovo Yoga laptop thinking I could clean under it like a normal keyboard. Definitely a lesson learned after I found out I snapped the bits off the little plastic hinge. I was reluctant at first with this company but after seeing the vast amount of effort that went into the site and putting instructions, ordered some replacement keys. They came earlier than expected and was able to use one of the provided instructional videos they had on their site to replace my key.

In short, I recommend a lot! Customer service was quick to respond to my problems with ordering and they have tons of info guides to tell you what key type to buy. Would much rather order a single key than opening up my laptop to replace an entire keyboard and possibly ruin it further or getting overcharged by my local repair shop.

My six year old decided to pull three keys off his laptop and I completely freaked out. I thought I would have to take the laptop to a computer repair store until I found QuikFix. I placed the order on Friday night and my order was delivered the following Wednesday. It was very easy to replace the missing keys! Thank you!

Had a few missing keys on my Thinkpad x220. After ordering from them, the keys came really fast and were cheap to boot. I had no issues at all. Good sellers, would recommend.

I broke the hinge to one of my keys. Took a week and a half for them to be delivered all the way to Quebec. My keyboard is happy again :') Thank you!

I've been waiting for 6 months for the quickfix to get my laptops keys in stock and it keeps saying unknown. In my emails to the company they say be patient they will get back to me and now I see they are out of business without a word or email. I'm very frustrated with there lack of customer service and knowledge of there own product.

I received my W key placement in a week, and I'm ecstatic. It works perfectly and it came with everything I need and easy assembly. For anyone who is skeptical, don't be. I'm so happy!

Very happy with the replacement key I received - online experience guided me to exactly the key type I needed, was easy to order, and arrived quickly.

Took me a few tries to get it installed since I accidentally separated the hinge components and put them back together backwards before installing, but I eventually figured it out with help of the install instructions/videos.

Got the wrong keyboard keys. Customer service was hard to work with and blamed me for their own website's problems with uploading pictures. Sent the keys back for replacements within the return window, they didn't accept the package, it came back as "REFUSED UNABLE TO FORWARD RETURN TO SENDER", and outside the 30 day return window. . Useless company, I'll never order from them again.

Spent forever trying to find the key I needed until I found quikfix laptop keys. Website was easy to use and I sourced the key I needed very quickly. I had prompt emails every step of the way and the part arrived alot earlier then first thought which was a nice bonus. Would definitely use again!

Great experience, genuine product that perfectly matched my other keys. Easy order process, received it in a few days and it went in flawlessly - no issues. For those complaining about $5 for a single key, it's not the piece of plastic you're paying for, it's the storage and fulfillment. Seems fair to me.

This company is excellent. The pictures on their website made it very easy to determine what part I needed. They promptly notified me by email of order receipt and shipping. The order was packaged well and arrived in perfect condition.

I was unsure which type of key exactly I needed. The site was helpfull, but I decided to ask customer service for help. I got an answer the next day, ordered the key, and got it delivered (in Europe!) a few weeks earlier then expected. Key is perfect fit (shape, colour, texture all identical), and even though I am clumsy, it did not break while me fitting it (those who know me would say that that is impressive).
The price of the item was fair, but overall I would say when taking in consideration the support and response time, I'm gonna have to say I consider my purchase a bargain.
I might consider giving them 6 stars if they were to open a shop on the corner of my street.

When two of my most-used keys on my laptop broke, I was excited to discover I could order replacements. The website says they would be delivered in 5-10 business days. Now, a full two months later, I am sad to say I have NOT received my keys, and I will not be paying for any more keys from this service.

I ordered for a X55C, where my B laptop key’s hinge broke, ordered which costed 6$ in total. Waited for around 4-5 days for the key to arrive, all looked good condition. Great company to order from than that skecthy laptop key that I previous through of purchasing from.

I heavily recommend these guys although they do not ship direct to NZ (so I had to use the NZ Post You Shop). Then again for around NZ$30 to replace a key (shipping/GST to NZ accounted for NZ$18 of that), it is way cheaper than a whole new keyboard. I only knock them down to 4 stars because there is no direct shipping option to NZ.

I had to pull my n key off my keyboard about six months ago when i spilled a bit of water on the keyboard. I struggled going from store to store getting ridiculous quotas and don't even get me started on dell customer service. I ordered the part from quickfix and it fit right in i couldn't be more relieved.

The key parts I needed were easy to find and shipping was very quick. I had some trouble getting the key installed correctly but with enough patience + help from their online support PDF I was able to get it in. Based on other reviews it seems the vendor is responsive and ready to support if I had issues so $6+ investment was worth it.

One caution that I didn't realize at the time of purchase is that the keys are used* and it was not immediately clear during my purchase (ie. buried in FAQ). I won't take a star away since it wouldn't have made a difference in my purchase (I needed a key and a vendor I could reasonably trust).

*as noted in their reply below keys can be from new or gently used devices, mine appeared to be very new so no complaints from me there
