I had an appointment, the agent called me and said the truck broke down and the closest appointment would be 3 days out. I asked to cancel the appointment, to which I was told someone would contact me between 24 and 48 hours, to which we asked to speak to a manager and was laughed at. Still have YET to speak to a manager. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Matthew did a great job fixing my computer. I would not hesitate to have him service my tech again the future. I would recommend him to my friends and family. Thanks Geeks on Site! I now know who to call when I have IT issues.

I would rate less if I could. I was given a 4hr window for a tech to service a printer. Tech never showed or called. I wasted 4 hours of time that I could have been working. Then I was given another 4 hr window for an appointment. Same thing, no tech and no contact. They charged my credit card the day the appointment was made and never provided the service. I will not use no reccommend this service agency.

I spent almost an hour online, and about 30 minutes the next day with the online service and never got the problem that I was having fixed. They seemed incompetent with big periods of waiting for a technician online. In two days they didn't fix the connection problem I was having with my printer. When they called back, I told them I couldn't spend any more time trying to work with them and to cancel the order. Then was charged $99 on my next credit card bill. I considered them a scam.

I hired Geeks on Site for a home visit and computer repair at a quoted price of $300.

We scheduled a visit for Thursday 8/20/26 in New Haven. I spent the day winding down long-running jobs on my desktop in preparation for the repair. They called me 40 min before the scheduled visit to tell me the tech couldn't make it, and the earliest time they could do was Saturday. I asked if they could offer a discount for the inconvenience, they kept me on hold for ~20 min and then offerred me a $10 discount.

Fast forward to Saturday. I move around my plans for the whole day to accomodate their visit at the time they said they could come: 4-7 pm, and I get a call at 3:20 saying they can't make it again.

So far, they've offerred me no compensation or discount beyond the $10.

UPDATE: they also signed me up for a recurring subscription charge despite me explicitly insisting that I did not want them to do that when they offerred it to me on the phone.

The tech who came charged $275 and did nothing. His diagnosis was completely wrong and I took it to another place and they fixed it in literally 10 minutes. They also snuck a recurring payment onto my credit card. Avoid this service at all costs.

I made an appointment for Tuesday AM, which they cancelled because 'tech not available..can we reschedule for Thursday afternoon?'

Thursday at noon, they called and said 'tech not available for your area, we are cancelling'....end of conversation.

OK....thanks for the clarity that you don't have (or apparently never will have) a tech for my location.

They KNEW where I was when I spoke to a rep to make the appointment.

Total waste of time, which is not appreciated. If I live in an 'out of the way location -> which I do -> they should be up front about it and decline to accept the request.

Not only did the person they sent not solve my problem. They attached a $25 subscription to my onsite visit, and when I called to cancel said subscription they said that they’d probably get back to me in the next day or two.

I want to commend Jordan and Bruno for their patience and the wonderful help I received.

Service was scheduled for 3 hours, the technician continued working past scheduled time without my authorization. Was billed nearly 400$ for an unrepaired computer and zero inclination to why my computer is boot cycling. Will never recommend this service, you are better off going to a local shop and dropping your device off than wasting your time and money on this. Absolutely garbage, would’ve done the testing myself if I weren’t busy with work. Stay away, read reviews from customers online beforehand (this was my mistake) as they often leave things unresolved and then charge you for wasting your time. On a scale of 100, this experience was less than 0.
