Would have given a 0 star if I could, these people will take your e-cash for no reason, and when you contact support, they will always say they are on it and they will never get back to you.
I made a transaction from TapTap send via Quickteller to my sporty bet account in April, over 800k naira in 3 different transactions. All of them failed but I was debited. I have been following up with them since then but they kept claiming to have reversed the funds to different accounts I couldn't recognise and their amounts sent to me as proof have discrepancies. I have been using them for years before these failed transactions that has never happened before. I don't know if I have been scammed or not by them as it has been months now.
Quickteller has proven to be fraudulent. I urge you to reconsider before utilizing their services. When I filed a complaint, the customer service I received was unsatisfactory. I conducted several transactions through their app, both directly and via my bank, Zenith Bank Nigeria. Although funds were deducted from my bank account, they were never transferred to the intended third party. Quickteller appears to be designed to earn trust only to exploit it later; this seems to be their operational strategy. Regrettably, Zenith Bank did not fulfill its responsibility to investigate and reverse my transactions through Quickteller. Please do not allow Quickteller to take advantage of your hard-earned money. Exercise caution and seek alternatives.
Avoid using them if you know what is is good for you....
I bought ikeja electric token since June 2023 today is April 2 2024 and I am yet to receive token or refund from quick teller.. I have made multiple calls and complain quick refuse to refund me instead then send me an automated message every week to remind me that my refund is been worked on......
I made another transaction around August 8th 2023 I made transfer from my UBA prepaid card to palmpay account ... Quickteller shows successful but till date I did not get refund or my money back. Bank said it's successful palmpay said it's didn't get to them quick teller is saying gilbrish.. till date no money no refund am tired today is April 2nd 2024
Quickteller is scam
I paid N5000 via the quickteller app for electricity token since on the 6th of June 2023, transaction was successful but no token was sent and till this day 18th November 2023 i am yet to get the token or a refund. I have a very long mail trail sent back and forth from me and their customer service, i have called severally but still nothing this is very sad.
I did a transaction of #600,400 on August 2nd 2023 on Quickteller through a Wema Bank account they provided and it was successful at my end but the beneficiary did not get value. I reported to Quickteller and they told me the transaction failed at their end and that my money would be returned to my account. I have sent more than ten emails, called customer service more than ten times and even went to their office. The only thing they told me was that my complaint would be "escalated". I am still waiting
Your service is very poor
I have two payments I made on your platform that is still hanging. You debited my accounts, I did not receive the service and you did not reverse any of the debit

Scam. Run for your life. Sent 28000 to the app. Tried transferring to my bank card.. transaction was declined. Next was insufficient fund. How?
500naira was successful, later it was debuted without any notice. I called them and a lady picked. I started with my complain, then she said she can’t hear me, I should call back. Initiated a chat with another customer care, she came on line and refused to chat. You can’t even pay any bill with your money. The only advice they render is call airtime top up. Run pls
