Agent made me a great offer and I got more then I expected.

This company stands behind their products 100%. I wrote to them with an issue and they immediately took care of my concern. I won’t hesitate to purchase from them in the future. Great quality games!

Queensell made it right! I had a gamepiece missing from one of their domino sets and they replaced the set with a new one. I will be doing business with them for other future games.

Ordered my backgammon set in the evening and the next day it was here . Fantastic delivery!!!

I was contacted via WhatsApp after I wrote the review. It seems like the person who created the return label made a mistake, it happens to all of us, and added the label as if I had to pay for it. They addressed my concerns, and I received the refund on my credit card. If they send me the prepaid label I will be happy to return it.
While I will leave the review as it because of how the merchandise made it to me and the lack of communication when I emailed them and call them, I want to make sure I state that the issue has been resolved. Thank you. ***

I ordered a dominoes set. When package arrived, the dominoes were loose and the packs wrapping were already opened. The metal box had a dent. I paid the price for a brand new item. Instead I receive one that, based on its condition, was a returned one, resold to me.
I sent two emails with no reply. I called twice and no answer.
I chatted with someone on WhatsApp on 9/12 when I requested for a prepaid shipping label for the returned. I sent pictures all 3 times.
I took the item to USPS today so it could be returned to Amazon and was told I had to pay for the shipping which was around $24.00.
I messaged on WhatsApp again and have not seen a reply.
This experience couldn’t have been worse.
I am waiting on the pre-paid return label and my refund on the same form of payment, which it was my credit card.

Great communication when we had an issue with a domino set. They went above and beyond to make it right.

Received a Mexican Train domino set as a gift. There was a slight issue and I anticipated a problem as I had no proof of purchase. To verify the purchase, I was asked to send photos. My issue was resolved efficiently and quickly. They replaced the entire set. This was the best customer service I’d experienced in the past several years. Much appreciated.

Firstly, we LOVE our thick dominoes. Our issue was when we realized we had 2 of the 5/3 dominoes and no 5/2. I reached out immediately, provided my order number , name and address. They sent another complete set. And they’re perfect. We had the replacement within 2 days. I’d give them 5 stars if there wasn’t that incomplete set. The customer service afterwords was exceptional.

Their support to resolve a missing piece was simply excellent. Quick response to my request, good tracking of shipping and the follow up was great. I fully plan to buy from this reputable game company.

Edit: after realizing there was an issue with the lovely email system, customer service did come back strong and did what they could to make things right. Very pleased with their service and quick responses.

On time delivery, and cheaper than in Amazon. I got it for 6 year and 4 year old kids. They don't play exactly according the rules, but they love to play it. Good quality toy (Dominoes Set for Adults and Kids).

I bought wooden chess from Queensell. Very nice set for the money. The chess pieces are magnetic but the checkers are not. The pieces are a good size. Not too large or small. Comes with extra queens. Ranks and files are printed on the board which makes it easier to teach my kids. The storage foam holds the pieces in well so the don't fall out when the board is opened. Happy with my purchase. Fast shipping and quality products. A+++
