I contacted them about some missing tiles for our Mexican Train Dominos. They responded very quickly. They asked for my name and address and sent out a replacement that arrived in 1 week. Very good company and very prompt.

We received our Mexican Train set with 1 tile incorrect. Queensell immediately corrected the issue. We received it within a week.

My items came promptly. There was a little confusion with a request to return an item, but once Queensell found my email they went right into action. The new items arrived just as quickly, they credited my payment, and sent some accessories. A+++++

Excellent customer service! I purchased a set of Double Six Dominoes. There was an issue with one domino in the set, and Queensell provided a replacement set free of charge.

Probably not the company's fault but the item never arrived.

I was initially pleased with the beautiful chessboard and packaging. However, I was disappointed by the inconsistent quality of the chess pieces. Several pieces had noticeable imperfections and felt poorly made, which detracted from the overall experience.

I recently purchased a set of dominoes and received them in a timely manner. When I opened up the box and my family started to play, we noticed that one of the tiles had ink on the side and top of the tile (which unfortunately means it is marked and everyone knows what numbers are on that tile). I wrote to customer service asking for just one replacement tile. The response time was amazing and within 24 hours I had a new complete set of dominoes! I am so impressed by the prompt response and professionalism – I can’t say enough about this company!

Product is high quality, can’t wait to give it as a gift

I ordered 2 Double 18 Mexican Train Domino sets and they are great except the color of the dots are horrible. I have ended up painting the dots of 7 sets. Your colors are hard to distinguish from each other and only the 10s and 6s are nice bright. Otherwise it's a great set.
