Absolutely the best mattress shopping experience. We had been putting it off, mainly because I hated the last several mattress shopping experiences. This was 180 degrees opposite that. Friendly and... Vis mer

The owners, Tim Masters and his wife, Cindy, live with their five children less than a mile from the shop in La Grange Highlands, IL and are heavily invested in the community. Tim purchased the company from his mentor, Mr. Brixie, in 1995. Over the last 20+ years, Tim has grown and expanded the company to offer the latest innovations in mattresses, including memory foam, all natural latex and pocketed coil sleep systems. Our mattresses are handcrafted at our factory in La Grange Highlands, IL. Most of our knowledgeable salespeople are the same people who handcraft the mattresses. With their knowledge of the quality construction and durability of our products, they can easily guide you to choose the mattress that best fits your needs. Because we handcraft our mattresses on-site, there is no middle man, which means no high markups on our products. Our customers enjoy factory-direct prices. Compare our mattresses and customer service and you will see that our products are an outstanding value. We can build custom-sized mattresses by request for boats, RVs, antique beds and more. Contact us for more information on custom mattresses and sizes. Quality Sleep Shop offers a full warranty on all of our mattress choices. We do not pro-rate our warranty. See our warranty page for more information. We also offer a 100 Night Sleep Trial. We want you to be confident you are purchasing the highest-quality, handcrafted mattress.

Quality Sleep Shop - excellent choice!

After hours of internet research, we visited Quality Sleep Shop and selected the Katherine Latex Firm. We were looking for a mattress with clean, quality materials and no flame retardant chemicals. The showroom experience was positive with excellent customer service, and we are very pleased with our purchase.

Start to finish was an excellent …

Start to finish was an excellent shopping experience - will not go to one of the high pressure mattress stores - Tim at Quality made an assessment of needs, pointed out what he felt which bed would best fit the needs, reviewed it's construction, was able to add handles, the order was placed and delivered in a week. The old mattress was removed to the curb as well so all in all a 5 star experience. Have gotten mattresses from Quality - am on my 3rd one and will continue to buy from them.

Repeat customer

This is my second latex mattress from quality sleep shop. I loved my first mattress. I was again impressed with owner's demeanor and the high quality, green materials used to eliminate off-gases and other potentially harmful contents. Seems very important since you spend a third of your days inhaling your mattress when you sleep.

Best place for purchasing a mattress!

We are so happy we found Quality Sleep Shop! What great people to work with! Customer oriented to find the best mattress for your needs, honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. We choose the Simple Sleep 9" latex mattress and couldn't be more pleased! I had issues with pressure points disturbing my sleep on our prior mattress. I couldn't sleep in bed all night. Since the first night we had our new latex mattress I have slept in bed all night long and wake feeling well rested. My husband also has felt the difference. He has rheumatoid arthritis and says he is much less achy in the morning. We also purchased an adjustable base which we really enjoy. Delivery and setup was quick and the men were so pleasant. One of the best choices we have made was purchasing from Quality Sleep Shop! We recommend Quality Sleep Shop to everyone needing to purchase a mattress!

Quality service for a quality product.

We received our first mattress a few week ago and unfortunately it was flawed. After contacting the sleep shop and sending in pictures of the mattress, it was quickly resolved. We received another mattress the following week and we are very happy with the expedient service.

We have purchased all of our mattresses at the sleep shop. Knowing our whole family is sleeping on a non-toxic and very well made mattress is rest assured!!

Thanks to the whole team!!!!

Jennifer

Great king sized mattress, feels just right!!!

I have made many purchases over the years from Tim at the Quality Sleep Shop. We just finally got our new mattress this summer after replacing all the others in the house over the years. We are so pleased. The quality is amazing, and extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this company for their great quality products as well as pleasant customer service. Thanks Tim!
