Quality Sleep Shop Anmeldelser

I love my organic mattress! It is both comfortable and supportive. It was delivered quickly and in excellent condition. I would highly recommend a Quality Sleep Shop mattress for anyone concerned with the harsh chemicals in mainstream mattresses!!!

Great experience! Would definitely return!

I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff as I was beginning my search for the appropriate bed for our needs. They took the time to answer all of my questions but did not push me to make a sale. A friend had recommended Quality Sleep Shop to me and I am so happy that she did. We are very satisfied with our new bed,

Kathy was so helpful with all of my questions before I ordered, the ordering process was simple and smooth and delivery couldn't have been easier. It was a fabulous experience.

Friendly, helpful service. High quality mattresses

Purchased a bed for my daughter for college. She's sleeping well and her attitude and grades are phenomenal!! We've been purchasing beds here for decades and have always been satisfied.

We purchased the 9" all latex simple sleep king mattress and it's excellent. Comfortable and safe. Thank you.

As always Quality Sleep manufacturers wonderful beds. I have frequently recommended his mattresses to many friends.

I'm happy this place was recommended by a friend and for very good reason. Quality Sleep Shop has a nice showroom and offers numerous customized mattress options. The warranty and exchange policy are excellent. Furthermore, I originally thought custom handcrafted mattresses may lead to high costs but the prices were more than reasonable. My mattress appears to be made of quality materials and of quality craftsmanship. Tim was extremely helpful and pleasant. Thanks, Tim.

After discovering Quality Sleep Shop years ago while looking for healthy options for our young boys, we were happy to come back when we were looking to upgrade our own mattress. Quality is in the name for a reason! Top-notch across the board, from the mattress creation through customer service and delivery.

Excellent quality & customer service, from construction to sales to delivery. We continue to buy all of our mattresses from them & have NEVER been disappointed.

Our experience with mattress selection, the actual purchase and then delivery was excellent. The quality of the mattress and box spring set lived up to expectations. Pricing was reasonable and the delivery team arrived as promised; a challenging feat considering our location in Lincoln Park. I would definitely return to this store for future needs.

Have purchased from Quality before so we knew we'd be getting quality bedding. This time was no different.

No pressure showroom with knowledgeable staff. Great prices and you are supporting a local made in USA business.

Friendly, Competent service and quality products. We purchased a latex mattress, needed for my dust mite allergies, and 3, solidly made, futon frames. We plan to buy another mattress in the near future.

The owners are very honest and ethical people. The best mattress I have ever purchased.

I looked at a lot of mattresses online and in stores before deciding on Quality Sleep Shop's queen-sized Natural Escape mattress (purchased in store). The staff and Tim were friendly and not pushy in the least. I felt comfortable to browse and take my time deciding which mattress would be best. As I looked, Tim asked helpful questions and offered advice. I was interested in latex and was leaning toward one of the all-latex mattresses when Tim suggested I try the latex/coil hybrid (Natural Escape) because he thought it might be better for my body type. Not only was he right, but that mattress was a little less expensive than the other one, so I really appreciated his honesty and commitment to providing the best fit for his customers. Tim and his staff also went out of their way to make sure my mattress was ready for me to take out of the store that same day -- awesome!

After sleeping on it for a week, I love everything about this mattress. It feels soft and plush yet is somehow firm at the same time, which means your shoulders/hips stay well-aligned without sinking too far down. I was a little worried about the coils, but they're silent, and movement doesn't transfer. I've been cool and comfortable every night, and the outer cotton layer is amazing -- you almost don't need a sheet! Super happy to have invested in this natural, high-quality mattress that I expect will last for many years.

Mattress is wonderful! Delivery was s little late!. All is good

Great mattresses awesome prices no sales pitch - made in Illinois green. Make the trip out it is so worth it!
