Quality Sleep Shop Anmeldelser

They were able to make something custom for my antique beds at a very reasonable price!

Fantastic customer service, delivery service and mattress. I will return to buy next mattress at quality sleep.

We came in looking for the most firm mattress. Tim took a look at us and said what we really needed was the Emily. We tried both in the store and went with the Emily based on Tim's recommendation. From the first night we found it was the best sleep we had in years. Thanks, Tim.

And it came rolled up so the delivery guys had no problem getting it up our tight stairway.

Everything worked out great! Including the mattress!

So happy to purchase on your shop. Your customer service is wonderful and the product is great quality. Thank you so much.

your shop was so nice when I went there to look for a mattress that would accommodate my needs with my wired back. You had the mattress at my house in three days. I doubt any one could beat those odds. Thanks for the quality product and many more good years for your company.

Excellent experience these are the people to go to for your mattress purchase don’t waste the time (as we did) going to the other stores this family business will take the time to give you the a+++ product you need
Thank you to quality sleep shop

Thank you so much!! Your customer service is wonderful and the process was so simple. Thank you for being an honest company!

Took only a few minutes on the phone to order mattress and was delivered in a few days!
Awesome service!

Absolutely the best mattress shopping experience. We had been putting it off, mainly because I hated the last several mattress shopping experiences. This was 180 degrees opposite that. Friendly and knew everything about the mattresses. Didn't try to push one or another on us. We ended up buying two right away (had only planned to get one) and then ordered another online.

Good product quality. Would buy from your store again.

I want to say that the quality is very good, which is very important. I use it for a short time, but so far, I'm happy with everything)))

Perfection! The mattress, the sales experience, the service. Period

The service that was provided from the salespersons to the delivery men was excellent. Dave and Mike, the delivery team, went well beyond their normal duties to make sure everything worked for us. I plan to buy my next mattress there as well.

Loving the cushy "soft Kathy" mattresses, and the adjustable bases are a wonder treat for me who likes to read in bed. The whole experience of shopping, purchasing and the installation was very pleasant, and as a bonus, I was supporting a local business. All good!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I’ve purchased 3 mattresses and one crib mattress over the past two years - they’re incredible! And very well priced. AND absolutely wonderful people to work with. Highly recommend.

They were great from beginning to end. A good product, good customer service, perfect delivery process. Can’t fault them for a single thing. I have bought there before and I’ll do it again in the future. Too bad more people aren’t aware of this fine store.

This was our first stop i our mattress research. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful and gave us no pressure to buy. We then went to two chain mattress stores but found the price couldn’t compare. Plus we know that Quality Sleep Shop stands behind what they sell.
