Quality Sleep Shop Anmeldelser

Great service! I really appreciate help from Kathy at the store.

Most people will come to Quality Sleep Shop, try a few mattresses, get good customer service, buy a quality mattress at a low price and be pleased with their purchase. I needed a couple extra steps to get there, but Tim the owner and the whole crew go out of their way to accommodate their customers. That kind of service, and having their own manufacturing site down the road, sets them apart.

After previously trying two top online brands and sending back their mattresses because I was sleeping too hot, I came to Quality Sleep Shop. We discussed which mattress I should go with and I gave it a try. My new mattress was better than other mattresses I had tried, but not quite good enough. Tim and his manufacturing manager talked about other options and they adjusted my mattress by inserting micro coils. Problem solved. You just don't get that type of service anywhere else, and it's at a competitive price with the online retailers.

We purchased 4 mattresses: the Katherine, the Pure Echo, the Pure Echo bunk, and a custom latex mattress for a trundle bed. Everything about this business is wonderful; we made at least 4 trips to the shop prior to making selections and are pleased to have bought mattresses for our kids that are safe and free of chemical flame retardants.

Nice organic bed and comfortable

I am so happy with my mattresses. It's been a long time since I was able to sleep as many hours straight as I have since I bought my organic Natural Escapes twin XL mattresses. Tim is a blessing and wonderful with assisting in purchasing the right mattress. I spent a very long time researching healthy, good quality, organic mattresses and I'm so glad that I found my way to The Quality Sleep Shop for the My Green Mattress products. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone seriously considering or needing healthy and organic mattresses at a very affordable price.

We had informative and very friendly experience. All questions honestly answered.

This is the second mattress set I have purchased and have been delighted with both. The delivery was also excellent.

We've bought 5 mattresses here in the past 4 years and could not be more satisfied with the quality and comfort of the product, as well as the helpfulness and honesty of the employees in terms of assisting us and pinpointing our needs. We recommend them to everyone!

the delivery people scuffed up my kitchen floor during delivery. I can not get the scuff marks off of the vinyl floor.

Excellent service in the shop and on delivery. No pressure sales environment with the highest quality craftsmanship. I wouldn't buy a mattress from anywhere else in the Chicagoland area. I recommend Quality Sleep Shop to anyone and everyone.
