The playing cards you printed are great for our business 100th anniversary!!!!

They were able to rush our order so that we had something to give away at an event. Great customer service and great product.

Ordering process was easy. Not sure I understand the reasoning behind me sending prints for product when they didn't use them. We ordered 7" footballs and received 6". When we questioned them about it they said I need to measure on the curve but nowhere states that on the website. We gave them a call and still haven't heard anything. Also disappointing is that our tumblers we ordered the print is way too small for the tumbler which makes it look funny. Now that's mostly my fault but would hope someone who does the printing would find it to look funny and say something. Happy with the quick turnaround and attentiveness when ordered. Also, I wish they would put reviews on their website because I didn't know Trustpilot exists and it would have been great to read reviews before ordering.

Fast service, good quality, I love the products!

I really appreciate the customer service and the fast delivery. However, the products we ordered are not the quality we were expecting. The engraving is inconsistent, there are 'made in China' stickers on half of the gauges, some of which got in the way of the engraving causing some of the letters to not be engraved or only partially engraved. Everything is still legible, and we will still use them for job fairs and such, but we may look into other vendors next time.

Liz at Quality Imprint is incredible. We explained what we were looking for, and she responded quickly with options. Once we nailed down a product, proofs were provided and and orders were placed in a timely manner. Liz continued to follow up with production and shipping times, as well as after we received the items making sure everything came in correctly.
