Liz was awesome to work with. We had a delay in executing the process on our end that could have impacted the time of delivery. Before placing the order, Liz made sure that the expected delivery timing still met our needs versus moving forward with the order. The product looked great!

Super Helpful staff, Easy quick ordering & great product
Marvin Suarez was super helpful and patient with me to get things just how we wanted them. He made the ordering process very easy and the turnover time was great. We are very pleased with the product and know that the guests of our party will love the playing cards.

My representative did a wonderful job…
My representative did a wonderful job communicating with me. However, there was a limit of two free samples, and when I ordered the first free sample it came damaged and was the wrong item. The representative ordered me a replacement sample. When the sample came it was clear the item wasn't big enough, so I asked for another sample of a different item. I was told that was all she could do, and I couldn't see any more products. I work for a large company and if I plan to purchase 200-500 items, I expect to find the correct item before purchase, and I should be allowed to see the product ahead of time. I chose not to move forward with your company due to this policy.

Thanks for sharing your feedback Marnie. We're sorry to read your experience didn't match your expectations. It is correct that we only send out two free samples for free including shipping. You may request additional samples, but there will be a charge for every extra sample you order beyond the two samples which was mentioned during the communication exchange. Samples are also randomly sent so it could either be the product with preferred color or another color if the former is unavailable.

Quality Imprint did a GREAT job on the poop bag dispensers we were using as a giveaway at our charity event. The original run was shorted and they quickly printed the other 50 and rushed them out to us. Sadly that box was lost in the UPS netherworld and Quality Imprint came to the rescue and sent another shipment out priority.
