This company was very prompt in contacting me after my online inquiry, the representative (Marvin) was very helpful with creating the product and design that I wanted and getting the product shipped out on time. I was impressed with the good quality of the folding chairs I ordered.

There was confusion about artwork and…
There was confusion about artwork and the size of towel ordered. Once the company saw the survey I sent in about the confusion and how disappointed I was with the size of the towels, Josie the representative text me and called my to say how sorry they were and quality print thanked me for helping them improve their process and offered me a discount on my next order.

Our logo colors are way off
UPDATE: While the product wasn't what we were looking for, the company did partially resolve the issue and we do appreciate that. Our logo colors are way off - our blue looks green. Rep should have alerted us in advance if there was going to be a problem printing our logo colors. The draft we approved looked great but the final product didn't look like the draft.

Great experience, great product, great communication. I had a large corporate order with a short time frame for delivery. I was assigned a customer service rep who kept in very close communication. We went through the entire process via email. She never missed a beat. The product arrived and was as advertised and promised, so I had a great experience.
