Anthony Raymonds was my representive, he made the ordering process was very easy. I was very pleased with the product and the artwork was on point. Overall it was a great experience and it was delivered quickly. I will be using Quality Imprint for all of our promo items moving forward!

Anthony's customer service was excellent! He helped me with the design, and let know when the product was ou of production ready to be shipped, when it was shipped, and checked in after it was delivered to make sure I was happy with them. I will re-order. The quality was good and the customer service was too. I was skeptical ordering at first, you just never know if sites are legit or not.

The Communication was Great. The product was just as described, and shipping time was perfect. We have already placed a second order.

After dealing with other "well known" companies similar to Quality Imprint and being let down, I was hesitant to give Quality Imprint a try.

But my worry was immediately put to ease. Anthony was quick to respond throughout the entire ordering process and was a pleasure to work with. He had answers to any question that I asked him and went above & beyond to make sure we got what we wanted.

We ordered customized decks of cards for a Christmas gift for employees. Anthony was very accommodating to our perfectionism and worked with us and his artist to make sure they were exactly what we wanted.

They did NOT disappoint! They looked exactly like the final proof and we absolutely LOVE them! We look forward to working with Anthony and Quality Imprint in the near future! :)

Initially, I had a good communication string with the rep at Quality Imprint. I had Googled "Personalized Custom Playing Cards". We responded back and forth and she was timely in her replies.
I was excited with our finalized design for the 500 decks of customized playing cards. The decks of cards were to be used at our school's Math Mania Day. The plan was for each family to receive a deck of personalized playing cards and printouts of math games that could be played using the decks of cards. Each deck had our school name, school logo, and the words Math Mania Day on the decks.
I was sent the final look for approval for the 500 card decks. I made payment (over $650) and was excited for our personalized cards decks to arrive.
Unfortunately, when they arrived, the cards were NOT in fact personalized with the final design. That final design was ONLY on the BOX of cards. Each of the cards in the deck were "regular" backs! I was so disappointed. I could have bought nicer decks of cards on Amazon and then created my own COLOR LABEL to stick to the outside of the card decks!
When I called back to discuss this issue, it was made to seem that it was my fault and oh this was listed in the catalog and etc. However, I googled and this company came up. I NEVER saw a catalog.
Also, I made it very clear that this was the only thing I was looking for and if I had been told even ONCE that it was ONLY THE BOX that had the imprint, I would NEVER have paid that amount of money for the cards. :(
The interaction after the fact was disappointing but at that point there was nothing that could be done. I was offered a discount on our "next purchase". Our school will NOT be using this company again.

You were willing to work within my budget which was great. You were also very quick to reply to all emails. Two things that could be improved:
1. The pocket folders are a bit flimsy - can't fill them too much and
2. The business card hold slots don't hold my normal sized business card so I will have to paper clip my cards on.

Customer service was amazing. Pricing was superb. Only area for improvement would be to make the logo and printing more opaque.

I was treated promptly and politely. As far as the quality I think it was average middle of the road. The outside was different than I expected but the embroidery was very good. The order came quickly within 8 days.

I appreciate that they keep my logo on file to save us money and time. They are always so quick to get our orders to us.
