California Military Department order
I recently ordered products for the California Military Department and while the customer service I received was exceptional, the product was subpar. The branded items we got had the logo off-center from the journal. It looks sloppy and not what we were expecting. This was a large $1500 order and I am disappointed in the quality.

We’re very sorry to hear that the final product did not meet expectations. Quality and presentation are extremely important to us, especially on branded items, and we take concerns like this seriously.
We do want to clarify that our records show this order totaled approximately $1,000, not $1,500, but regardless of the amount, your satisfaction remains our top priority. We'll be pulling and inspecting the remaining notebooks in inventory to assess the issue further.
In the meantime, could you kindly share a photo or two of the affected journals? This will help us better understand the misalignment and take the appropriate steps to correct the problem.
