We believe that the benefits of a natural complete Raw cat food meat and bone diet far outweighs those associated with cooked and dry food. It is now widely accepted by many animal and veterinary professionals around the world that a raw food diet can have many health benefits over processed food. Your cat is able to digest and utilise the ingredients in raw food as this replicates what it would eat in the wild.

The reason I’ve been a customer for 10 years
Having used Purrform for approximately 10 years now, I can absolutely recommend this company. The quality is consistent, they arrange delivery on time every time. There have been just two occasions in 10 years where I have had a problem (one was an incorrect order/ another was a problem with delivery). It was fixed as soon as possible, Purrform pulling out the stops to help, and me learning a lesson in not leaving everything to the last minute just in case. With the late order my cats had to try something else, this did not go down well, I tried everything but couldn’t match the meat or the quality.
I actually don’t know what I would do without Purrform. It is expensive, I don’t know anyone else who pays out what I do on a monthly basis to feed their cats, however, I guess it’s the quality and service that you are paying for which I can not fault at all

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review. We’re incredibly grateful for your loyalty over the past 10 years – that really means the world to us.
We’re delighted to hear that you’ve found our quality and reliability to be consistent, and we truly appreciate your understanding on the rare occasions when things didn’t go quite to plan. We’re glad we were able to put things right quickly, and it’s reassuring to know that our commitment to our customers (and their cats!) came through.
We completely understand your comments about price, and you’re absolutely right – we put everything into sourcing the best ingredients and providing the level of service we’d want for our own pets. Hearing that you couldn’t find anything that matched the quality really reinforces why we do what we do.
Thank you again for your trust and support. Your cats are very lucky to have such a dedicated owner, and we’re honoured to be part of their lives 🐾
Superior Product and overall experience
Easy to order, 450g tubs are great (less plastic waste than 'premuin' daily tins which seem about same price). Good range which our two British Blues seem to like. British made which is a distinct positive (vs. shipped in from Indonesia or somewhere). DPD next day delivery is excellent.

We’re proud to be British made, and it’s wonderful to hear that this is something you value too. Thanks as well for highlighting our next-day DPD delivery — reliability is really important to us.
We truly appreciate your support and look forward to serving you (and your cats!) again.
Cats love it 😸
We'd been trying to get all of our cats over to raw but a couple are very picky - really slowly introduced Purrform alongside their usual meat and thankfully now, very happy to say, that all of them are now devouring it, clean bowls every day. Great selection to choose from, excellent customer service, products arrive well packaged, no damage and still frozen. Just wish it was cheaper, but clearly they have very expensive tastes 😼.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a lovely review 🐾
We know how challenging it can be to convince picky cats to accept a new food, so we’re absolutely delighted to hear that all of yours are now happily tucking into their Purrform meals — clean bowls are always the best feedback!
It’s also great to hear you’ve been pleased with our range, customer service and delivery. We take a lot of care to make sure everything arrives safely and perfectly frozen, so your comments really mean a lot to the team.
Amazing Product, used for years…
I have been using this for many years now for my British Shorthairs and for their kittens. I have had overall a great experience but a few issues of broken tubs where plastic has got inside and I've had to sort this out but majority of the time no issues. I feel this offers the best for my kittens and they do thrive on this. So I do highly recommend.

Top-quality product and service. My fur kids (Bengals) will only go for raw minced rabbit from Purrform. Delivery by DPD is always fantastic, polite, and punctual. Couldn’t ask for more.

good quality
The cat that loves raw food totally adores the pigeon variety. In fact although I try to give her a variety - that's the one she would happily live on for ever given the chance. This is one of the few companies that supplies pigeon raw cat food and I think it may be the only one left now. The food is good quality and smells fresh, forks over easily so I am not presenting my very fussy cat with a solid lump and every scrap gets eaten.

We’re absolutely delighted to hear that your cat is such a big fan of the pigeon variety. It’s fantastic to know she enjoys it so much that she’d happily choose it every day! We’re proud to offer proteins that are a little harder to find, and it’s great to hear that the quality, freshness, and texture are all hitting the mark for both you and your very discerning feline.
Thank you for trusting us to feed your fussy cat — it truly means a lot. If you ever need anything we’re always here and happy to help.

I wouldn’t feed my 2 ragdoll cats anything else
After trying my 2 ragdoll cats on a variety of different raw foods, I found Purrform and have been feeding them it for the past few years. They love the rabbit in the tubs and share a premium pouch in the evening. I wouldn’t feed them anything else. The quality is really good, and consistent. Both cats have beautiful coats, are healthy and love meal times. I stock up once a month, and keep one tub open in the fridge and another defrosting in the fridge, which works well so there is never a panic of not having food defrosted. I would highly recommend Purrform, as a company that provides great quality products for our beloved pets and for their customer service. They are always very responsive and friendly if I need to email about anything, and as I live near the factory, when I pick up my order.

No more smelly litter
After I got my kitties, and I started feeding them dry food or that junk from whiskas. They were always with an upset stomach, we tried many different brands and types of food. They could only eat purina one dry food. But their litter was always smelly no matter how often we’d clean it. Eventually we started trying raw food at home, a little piece of chicken here, a little piece of beef there. And they didn’t seem to mind it, and what’s best it seemed like their stomachs could keep it down. Then I remembered that one of the breeders used to l feed their cats Purrform, so we gave it a try. It was a life changer! My cats stopped having upset stomachs, their litter was no longer smelly, they even started having healthier stools and less passing. And they seemed happy with it. We haven’t looked back since. They do love the artificial flavors of junk food so every so often we add treats or something to their raw food otherwise they get tired and stop eating it. But they don’t mind it, and they’re healthy so there’s that :)

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re delighted to hear that Purrform has made such a positive difference for your kitties. It’s wonderful that their stomachs have settled, their stools are healthier, and—of course—that the litter box is no longer an issue.
Transitioning from commercial foods to raw can be a journey, so we’re glad Purrform has helped make that change smoother and more rewarding for both you and your cats. It’s great to hear they’re enjoying their meals and staying healthy and happy.
If you ever need guidance, recommendations, or want to explore more of our products, we’re always here to help. Thank you again for trusting us with your cats’ nutrition! 🐾💛
Purrform Always consistent in quality as a long…
Always consistent in quality as a long established breeder of many winning pedigree show cats and fed up with all the usual cat foods on the market I’ve been using Purrform since the very beginning, the difference it made to the cats and kittens was astonishing, nice firm motions with little odour, bright eyes and soft glossy coats and the kittens love it so much especially the rabbit mince with ox heart. They always go off to their new homes with their own supply so their new owners can see for themselves the benefits of feeding Purrform going forward. Such a brilliant product I highly recommend Thanks to all the team at Purrform you made mealtimes so simple

Thank you for your long-standing recommendation and for being such a dedicated part of the PurrForm family. We’re delighted to make mealtimes easier for you and your champions!

Highly recommended
We have been customers of Purrform for several years. The quality of the food is excellent - it's packed to a high standard and always arrives fully frozen through.
Our Bengal was very poorly as a kitten (he was even hospitalised), but since switching to Purrform, his digestive issues have resolved. He is bright and full of energy and has a beautifully soft coat.
Please never change your recipes!!

Highly recommended, excellent quality, and Polly loves it.
Bella absolutely loved Purrform, and it kept her in good health until she passed away three years ago.
Little sister Polly used to eat it sometimes, but not all the time. But now she loves it, and wants it most of the time. Makes me happy because I know it’s so good for her, and I see the evidence in the litter tray - previous digestive system issues pretty much gone away. 😻

Excellent quality and perfect food for cats
I have given Purrform cat food to my cats for many years and have found the quality and service faultless. Having tried all the tinned/pouched foods raw meat is unarguably 100% better for them. They look healthier and the bonus is that emptying the cat tray is smell free.
I will never go back.

He is happy, healthy and loves his food. Indeed he won't eat anything else and I wouldn't give him anything else either.

My fur baby Arthur loves purrform food
My fur baby Arthur loves purrform food. He has a glossy coat, nice clean teeth and he always has plenty of energy. With Arthur being a 13 week maine coon, I desperately wanted him to get everything he needs which is exactly what purrform provides.
My only issue with Purrform is that you have to select a minimum of 10 items before you check out unless you get the trial tubs.

Unfortunately we must insist on a minimum order quantity due to the frozen nature of the goods; it just wouldn't be possible to pack small orders sufficiently to keep them frozen for their journey. We do have Purrform stockists all across the country (you can find a map on our website), which may be more convenient for you if you wanted to purchase a smaller amount.
