We believe that the benefits of a natural complete Raw cat food meat and bone diet far outweighs those associated with cooked and dry food. It is now widely accepted by many animal and veterinary professionals around the world that a raw food diet can have many health benefits over processed food. Your cat is able to digest and utilise the ingredients in raw food as this replicates what it would eat in the wild.

Best raw brand out there!
Firstly, products are great - I’ve tried various raw brands over the years and my fussy cats consistently (since 2020!) enjoy the various Purrform rabbit flavours. Having a reliable raw food they’ll eat is so important to me as it keeps my boys IBD under control, his quality of life is so much better since I switched to raw.
Secondly, the service is brilliant; never had a problem with delivery, and when I messed up the date I’d requested Sam managed to fix it for me really quickly, straight after a bank holiday when I’m sure you were all really busy.

Hi Victoria, Thank you so much for your wonderful review and for your continued support since 2020.
We’re absolutely delighted to hear that your boys continue to enjoy our rabbit range, especially as we know how challenging it can be to find a raw food that suits fussy cats. It’s incredibly rewarding to know that feeding raw has helped keep your cat’s IBD under control and improved his quality of life — comments like yours truly mean a great deal to us.
We’re also very pleased to hear that you’ve been happy with our service and deliveries, and we’ll be sure to pass your kind comments on to Sam as well. We always do our best to help wherever we can, so it’s lovely to know this made a difference.
Thank you again for taking the time to leave such thoughtful feedback. Give your boys a cuddle from all of us here at Purrform!

We’re really glad to hear your cats are enjoying the raw food so much—it’s always a good sign when they won’t accept anything else. Cats can be quite particular, so it’s great that you’ve found something they truly love.

My Burmese has been on a raw food diet…
My Burmese has been on a raw food diet for about 18 months now. She is very picky but really enjoys the premium flavours.
The pouches are expensive but good quality.
I used to buy the same product from a local shop but they were very rude and delivery was hit and miss so I decided to buy directly from the supplier and haven’t looked back.

Myself and my cat have been a customer…
Myself and my cat have been a customer of Purrform for 12yrs and joyfully counting.
He was weaned from kibble/wet pouches straight onto Purrform as soon as I got him home at 16wks and we have never looked back.
He is BY FAR the healthiest cat I have ever had.
He has none of the ongoing health issues his kibble/wet pack friends and all my previous cats experience. He doesn't even get fleas!
I find the food very easy to manage.
Because of his very happy tummy his little tray never smells and is so easy to keep clean.
The wonderful staff have always been a huge source of knowledge, information and when needed, back up. When im faced with a limited minded vet with a strong negative opinion of my choices.
I will never feed my cat anything other than raw and he will not eat anything but raw...feeding anything else is a recipe for a very sick cat and a very over paid vet!
In my humble 50yrs of having cats for companionship.

Best quality food, reliable delivery date
I was looking online for raw diet options for my cat; purrform has a well-designed website with lots of information and clear insight into what "raw diet" actually means for a cat, what it entails for the owner, and about the food range;
I tried the "trial boxes" to find out if my picky cat actually likes raw diet; the order process was simple & easy - and the delivery came spot-on on the day that it was promised.
It turns out that my cat (that refuses to eat ANY processed food) loves this raw diet; and veterinary publications support the fact that a raw diet is the closest you can come to a cats natural diet which includes all the aspects of a prey animal (muscle meat, offal, skin, bone, cartilage, fur) and therefore insures that the cat gets all the nutrients it requires to live a long and healthy life.

Great compnay - No downside!
Have been using Purrform to feed my two cats for eight years now, and there really is no downside.
- Order process is straightforward
- Product is delivered as agreed EVERY TIME
- Product is well packaged, and always frozen on arrival
- On the two occasions I've had to contact customer service, response is near-instant, friendly, courteous and helpful
- The product is good for the cats general health and teeth and best of all, the poo doesn't smell!
Genuinely one of the best companies I've had the pleasure of dealing with - I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Delivery was great
Delivery was great - but sadly our cat will simply not eat the food. We have started as suggested with little amounts. We have even mixed it in with his regular wet food, but he simply spits out the raw :-(

Thank you for your review.
We’re really pleased to hear that your delivery experience was a positive one, but we’re sorry that your cat hasn’t taken to the food. We completely understand how disappointing that can be.
It’s great that you’ve already tried introducing it gradually and mixing it with his usual food — sometimes it can take a little longer for cats to adjust to raw, especially if they’re used to wet food.
Of course, we know every cat is different, and raw isn’t always suitable for all. If you’d like any further advice or support with transitioning, please don’t hesitate to get in touch — we’d be very happy to help. 🐾

Sadly my elderly rescue cat did not like this product at all. I think it is the fact that it is more of a mousse consistency as the fresh meat one she is currently eating is more chunky maybe?
The product itself is however very satisfying and well packed and presented but I did want a change for her myself. Hey ho, that's cats for you isn't it, fussy little devil's ........Pam Hall and Willow, little black bombay. x

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Pam, and for giving Purrform a try with Willow.
Our recipes are made from ground meat and bone, rather than a mousse-style texture, but we do appreciate that the consistency can be a little different from other raw foods and some cats can take time to adjust. When introducing a new diet, we usually recommend transitioning gradually by mixing the new food with the current one over several days, which can often help with acceptance.
We’re really pleased to hear that you were happy with how the product was packed and presented. If you’d like any advice on transitioning Willow to a new food, please feel free to get in touch with us at support@purrform.co.uk and we’d be very happy to help.
One of my cats has IBD
One of my cats has IBD. The only raw food she will eat is Purrform. She came to me when she was 2 and has always had a problem. She has been having good quality,
grain free cat food but a few months ago I introduced
Purrform and it has made a lot of difference. She is now putting on weight and is much livlier. I am so pleased with Purrform.
