The wig I received was nothing like the one I ordered from their website. Most certainly not a professional wig, would compare it to a cheap wig you would get from a costume store. This was their costumer service reply "Dear Customer, We are so sorry for that the goods you received can not meet your satisfaction.But it wouldn’t effect your use experience." So much for guaranteed refund.

I ordered a wig 2 MONTHS ago, I still haven't received it yet, I wonder if I'll ever get it. What a waste of my money, this company is false advertising, a scam just to take people's money

I paid for 3 days shipping and I haven't received my wigs yet $30 going to waste for two wigs that I still don't have,2 weeks and I still haven't received it 14 days and counting.

Buying Beware!!! Similar to others, you purchase an item through a social media ad and wait 3 weeks to a month to receive. I bought a lace front wig, but what arrived was a nasty wig that wasn't lace front, the wrong color and looked as if it was matted. When expressed this to customer service, they have you send pictures but do nothing for you to correct the issue other than suggest you pay them to return the item, and its their error or they will give you a small percentage of your money back and not a full refund.
A scam.. do not buy!!!

I am mad that I have to give 1 star. I wish there was a zero star option. So, I saw the ad on Facebook and when I clicked on it, it transferred me to a link for a separate page. The wigs were all priced fair so i purchased one that was $30 to check the quality. I am so glad i did. The wig came about 3 weeks later. It was in a regular white packaging bag and the hair smells really bad. It looks like someone burnt the top of the wig and threw pieces of hair together. The customer service responds quickly but their English is not good. I had to send pics to a different email before they sent a return address to me and then stated that they need the hair back before they send my money back and I have to pay for returning the product.

I had ordered a black 8inch wig lace front. They sent me a long brown wig which is too much hair for my little head. This site is false advertisement and should be shut down. I will never buy from this website ever again. It deserves no stars.

Beware of Chinese Wig Scams!... This has to be the biggest SCAM of the year! These wigs are not as described. Very poor/cheaply made. They are NOT even LACE wigs OMG OMG OMG OMG...!!!!!!

More than a month haven't received anything, and I struggle to cancel this order as they keep on saying it's in transit

I received my package and had to start researching after my complaints were unanswered. Apparently, what you receive defines the word "SCAM".
I am really upset as I bought 3 pieces of garbage.
they are coarse synthetic wigs, not lace fronts but granny type wig caps.
who does this type pf evil?
my $79 is gone.... Pls I need advice as I paid them with Paypal. How do I get my money back as I need to send these irritating garbage back to their phony source.

This company is a scam! I ordered a deep wavy wig from them and what I received was crap and it wasn’t even a lace front or wavy. I have emailed the company several times requesting my money back and have yet to receive and probably won’t. They won’t even email me back now. By all means avoid this company and it also goes by other names like sunlight hair and a few other names! Do not buy from them at all!

I waited Over A Month For My Wig. Fooled By The Decieveing Videos And Obviously BRIBED Reviews . I Bought Three Wigs Which were Supposed to be Virgin Hair....SYNTHETIC . “PURE LACE “ That Is False advertisement At it’s Finest. The Wigs Had NOT ONE BIT OF LACE . It was some type of plastic silicone type closure. I Wouldn’t Mind The Wait , If The Hair Was Worth While ,But the Service As A whole Was B.S. . Robbing People’s Money.... I will Make Sure I try Everyway possible To Get Rid Of These Scammers.

I paid extra money for express shipping and it's been 15 business days and still nothing! A friend of mine order from you all and her wig looks awful! I don't even want the product anymore after seeing that!

I am so lucky i managed to get my cash back through paypal. I whats app begging for a call, as i miss read that basically if they are busy, it can take ages for them to ship. I emailed two different emails.The website clearly states a email should be sent when shipped. I asked to cancel via email, & they replied its to late, i opened a case with paypal & got a refund. Obviously it had not been shipped!!!! After reading reviews about the quality, i had a lucky escape...

So sorry I didn't do my research prior to ordering. This Company is a scam and should be stopped! Their products are not at all what they advertise. You will get a ratty looking synthetic wig not even suitable to wear to a costume party - no exaggeration. Save your time and money.

Just received my "full lace, human hair" wig front them. Utter poop, honestly, I am kicking myself for not doing my research. Opened a case with PayPal so hopefully I get my money back. Paid $52 for a wig that looks like it came from the back of a pound store. Don't buy from them, the photos and item descriptions are wrong and you won't get what you ordered.

its a scam..don't waste your time or money. They advertise these nice wigs, but when you get it, looks more like a Halloween wig. Then they falsely list their return policy. They want you to pay more than what you probably paid to ship back before they refund you. FRAUD,FRAUD,FRAUD
