This is the worst wig company I have ever seen in my life first I ordered 2 wigs and waited a whole month to receive when I got them it looks nothing like what was on video and they aunt me the wrong wigs these people are ripping customers off need to report them now look them up can't find they change their names don't buy I will b fighting with PayPal to get a refund

I really wished I had seen these reviews before I ordered. I dont usually order anything online but everything I have received has been a hot mess from China. I ordered my wig 11/2 recieved confirmation on 11/3 that it shipped....have not received it yet with two emails in with no response. I'm very PO'ed and according to what I'm reading I'm not gonna get my money back for the crap I'm going to receive.

I bought two wigs from them and wat they sent me was something else nothing close to what I ordered I felt so disappointed.and when I asked them they said they sent me the wrong order and that they will refund me 26% ..the two wigs will just go to the bin because am sure no one can buy them because of how it looks like ..I wish I spent time reading the reviews before going ahead to buy them from this people

The mess they sent me was not a lace front wig. I don't know what kind of wig that was with baby doll hair. All I want is my money back and an address to send their crap back to them to. Maybe after they get this, I'll get the address to return that piece of crap wig back to them!

Service is so bad do not buy from here the wig never turned up, I never signed for it and they won’t send me another one

I brought three wigs they were supposed to be lace fronts they look like nothing of the sort that's on the picture or on the video I am so disappointed I'm going to try some way to get my money back they were shipped from China it was supposed to be a week it end up being I don't know 4-5 weeks. This company is not selling real lace wigs. It is a rip off. The wigs they advertise on Facebook is not what is being sold. They send trash in the mail for you. This company is targeting black women across the globe and selling substandard products that look nothing like what is advertised on Facebook. How can we close them down?

Ce site c est de la pure arnaque alors faites très attention moi je vous déconseille fortement de commander sur ce site car les photos qu ils vous montrent et ce que vous recevez ca n a rien à voir mais vraiment rien à voir alors ne commande surtout pas...ils ne veulent pas me remboursez ils me disent que je vende les cheveux que j ai recu de leur part...incroyable ne vous faites pas avoir il y a plusieurs sites internet qui vendent des perruques cheveux etc et qui sont reconnu faites une recherche avant

Ordered 2 wigs 3weeks ago have yet to receive it ...they ask to refund me 5$ as a delay when I clearly wanted a full refund...and they keep saying they have nothing to do with transit this website is fraudulent

This wig is the worst wig i ever seen i order lace front wigs an recieved 2 regular synthetic wigs thats shinning like a xmas tree i will never buy from them then i ordered the same length i recieved 1 short and 1long this is very unsatisfying then the wigs looks nothing like the picture please do not be fooled by this website like i did im sending this back too them asap

I saw this ad on Instagram selling beautiful human hair wigs from Purelace.com. It took over 3weeks to receive it and when it came it's unbelievably horrible. This company is scamming people with false information and deceiving consumers to purchase this horrible product. This doesn't even deserve one star, but I had to in order to write the review. Everyone please be aware and do your research before buying any products online.

If there was “0” rating I would have given it to them,purelace don’t deserve 1 star at all,the video and pictures I saw on fb in there advert is not what I got,what was sent is pure fake wig,they are pure fraud,it took them almost 20 days to deliver my wig instead of 3-7 days as promised and asked me to return within 7 days,how can that be possible when it took them almost 20 days to get it to me,that’s an act of fraud,I’ll keep the wig as an evidence with the receipt and the letter I wrote them to show the world of a fraud they are,how I wish I can post the picture of the wig sent to me here,but I’ll do it on fb anyways. Fraud and a thief is what purelace is.

I paid for lace wig and what I got dont know what call it.. they are scammers... They advertise what they dont sell and give you rubbish

I purchased two wigs in this seller for my mom, It is really very cheap. parcel take around 17days received in my home. then when I open it and show to my mom, actually not very satisfactory due to the item not in good quality. but maybe which price in which quality, I accept that.

I ordered a 10 inch curly wig and received a 26 inch wig with straight hair. They said they sent me what I ordered. Stay away from them. Scammers...

The hair is nothing like the advertisement smt I’m way in Bahamas and I’m so disappointed and upset it’s a cheap plastic looking closure thing and the hair is synthetic this website needs to shut down
