MY HARD EARNED MONEY FOR BULL, WOW I'M VERY ANGRY AT WHAT PURELACE DID, NOT ONLY TO ME BUT TO MANY OUT THERE, ONLY GOT MY ORDER TODAY 6MONTHS LATER, COMPLETELY NOT WHAT I ORDERED, IT COST ME $49(R700 IN SOUTH AFRICAN RAND) PLEASE HELP, HOW DO I GO ABOUT GETTING A REFUND, I WANT MY MONEY BACK, EVERY LAST CENT. How do I go about giving a half of a star.This company is a jock false advertising and someone needs to stop these fake company from taking advantage of people and their hard working. Money this is not even for Halloween costume WHY ????

Omg I’ve been searching for months on where to add a review for PURELACE RIP OFF COMPANY.Furst let me start by saying I was so excited too see a company who had so many beautiful options in wigs I ordered 4 supposed to be lace front wigs.I waited patiently which took about 2 1/2 months to receive.My wigs came just in time for Thanksgiving my kids and my hubby know I had been waiting forever to the point they was excited for me needless to say not 1 out of 4 wigs was a lace front not 1 out of 4 matched the description of what I actually ordered not 1 out of 4 was the color I ordered talking about devastated.Omg they were so ugly I promise you they all looked as if kids made them in sewing class without the actual stitching.I was given the run around for 3 weeks about a refund I had several offers other than a 100%full refund such as 20%refund 30%refund and 40% refund with the acception of me keeping the wigs......Boy stop what part of I don’t wigs don’t y’all understand under no circumstances???Things took a turn for the worst but Thank God there’s a Paypal money back guarantee,I paid 35$ to ship the wigs bk to CHINA WHERE THEY BELONGED and got a full refund after I received 30$shipping reimbursement from PayPal I was only out of 5$ and PURELACE/Flawless needs to stop it I say!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I ORDERED 2 WIGS DUFFERENT STYLES AND LENGTH. GOT 2 OF THE SAME STYLE AND LENGTHED WIGS! EXCEPT THEY WERE NOTHING LIKE WHAT IT WAS THAT I HAD ORDERED! PLUS I DIDNT GET IT IN 5 TO 7 DAYS, MORE LIKE 2 MONTHS. DIDNT COME IN ANY FANCY PACKAGING! NOW I HAVE BEEN FIGHTING WITH THEM TO GET MY MONEY BACK. THE LAST OFFER WAS THEY REFUND ME 80% AND I KEEP WIGS. I SAID NO! WHY SHOULD THEY GET ANY IF MY MONEY WHEN I DIDNT GET WHAT I PAID FOR FROM THE START. THERE SHOULD BE A DISCLAIMER FOR BUYERS THAT THE SELLER HAS TO CONFORM TO AND SIGN. LIKE THEM AGREEING THAT WE WILL RECIEVE THE ITEM REQUESTED AND/OR BOUGHT OR ELSE IMMEDIATE REFUND WILL BE ISSUED AND NO RETURN SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE REQUESTED FROM BUYER! WE HAVE TO AGREE TO THERE RULES, WHY DONT WE DO THE SAME TO THEM...?

I purchase i curly 8 inch wig got a 16 inch Bob wig instead wish i did my review first out of $30 contacted them many times finally gotten an email saying sorry..smh that not god enough they could had refunded or made the corrections. never will order from them again!!!!!

If possible, I would rate them -0. This company is just horrible. Found them via FB or IG. Listed as purelace. After I ordered it became Olrirk and initially processed my order in the same zipcode as me so I assumed I was getting it shipped from within my zipcode. The wig arrived and it definitely wasn’t a lace 360 anything. It looked like something I would wear to a high school party 25 years ago. It was shedding badly. I immediately got in touch with them and they gave me the roundaround about feeding their family or something. I said all I wanted was a part refund or another wig. They have been giving me the run around since October last year. I found better looking wigs for half the price $45 on Amazon. I asked for a half refund specifically for this reason and I told whoever was corresponding with me via email this. Via email, they became Jiahong. They promised with each email that I’ll get a refund of $20.99 after 24hrs but they didn’t. This company is a scam #PureLace #Olrik #Jiahong bunch of thieves

J'ai ouvert une réclamation sur Paypal qui me dit donner faveur au vendeur
Il ne nous protège pas nous les consommateurs vulnérables qui leur font confiance
C'est de la foutaise pure et dure

received my order after four month and it is not what i ordered the items are hideous AND THEY REFUSE TO REFUND MY MONET

I also had a very very bad experience with pure lace or that is where I ordered from, because when I got my order it did not say purelace. The email I got says jiahong. I did not realize that this order was from China I would never have ordered, because I had a bad experience before with them and I did try to settle it is PayPal and they were not trying to help me. I even sent picture of what I ordered and a picture of what Was sent to me and they virtually said I’m sorry. So I don’t believe that PayPal will help me now. Not realizing this last order was China until the order was complete. I have lost almost 100 dollars because I don’t trust PayPal anymore, I’ve learned to just go to store then I can see what I’m getting. I don’t understand why a company like PayPal doesn’t just drop people that are proven dishonest and false advertising.

The wig was very cheap. But I have found a few online cheap beautiful wigs. Purelace need a butt kicking for this mess. They are not wearable at all. After 2 weeks of asking for the address. They give a return address but the postal service told me 3 times that the address was incorrect. When I told them I was going to write a bad review they sent ma another address. After 7 weeks of trying to return them I had thrown them out. Please do not waste your money

I saw the wigs advertised on Facebook....looked gorgeous, so my silly behind ordered two wigs before googling Purelace reviews. A month after ordering, the two wigs were delivered (my two wigs totaled $50...great price, right?). If you were going to wear the wigs for Halloween or in a child's school play, then order from Purelace. The wigs look like something a 5 year old would put on their head to play dress up....and one of the wigs had a pungent, funky odor. I paid $23 to return a $50 purchased to CHINA (no refund and no response from Purelace - NC Technology was the name on my charge card). Thank goodness I ordered through Paypal. Per Paypal, I did have to contact Purelace (NC Technology) through Paypal first for refund....back and forth for 6 or 7 days with Purelace (NC Tehnology) offering to refund me 20%...them saying to please don't give us a negative review because that's how we feed our family...repeating the same refund offer every day....my last e-mail was "I must be talking to a robot" and escalated my complaint through Paypal.....the next day after Paypal read my back and forth e-mails with the robots Purelace (NC Technology), I received my $50 refund, however, I still lost $23 shipping the funky wigs back to China. DO NOT ORDER THESE WIGS....FALSE ADVERTISEMENT....SCAM...SCAM.....SCAM!!!!

This is a rip off, didnt sent the wigs i order. And dont want to refund you your money. You can't speak with anyone, the email telling me they would only refund 20% and for me to reorder, then offered me 40% refund. I said that I want a complete refund, i would return he incorrect items they sent, then they to tell it will be expensive to return them. This is NOT a good business to purchase anything from. I Sh-t they sent i will use on my dead dog and don't wven have a dog. This site should be RED FLAG. It's NOT that much to send back. I checked with the postal service, its only about $20, they try and scare you about the return, if they tell us it cost alot then we will not return the wrong or not want items, ill take a $20 dollar lost as long as you refund my money for being unhappy.

Did not want to give a star .This is the worst place i have ever seen, DO NOT,I MEAN DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. the wigs are just bad and no good, You do not get what you ordered . I wanted lace BROWN and I got FRIE RED in both and no lace.Now they don't want to change it , ordered in August just came in December . B A D P L A C E . you can not talk to anyone at PURELACE , they don't answer the phones at all

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! ITS A SCAM!! I never buy wigs but the one they had advertises in the videos on social media looked so good I decided to try it out. It took a month to receive the wig, then it looked NOTHING like the one that i ordered.. no lace front, cant be parted or worn different ways, and it looks extra cheap! I will never wear the wig and wouldn't feel right trying to sell it or give it to someone else. I tried to exchange it but I'm almost positive they dont even make the wig they advertise. I got tired of arguing and eventually settled for the 30% or whatever discount they offered. I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I ordered two wigs, one was supposed to be a birthday gift for a fiend. It’s says online that it will be shipped in two weeks but it took a whole month for me to received them. I was exited I tell my friend about her gift and we were all waiting on them, until the surprised came in the mail wigs that are completely different from the ones I orded. No lace front, long with dirty curls and looks like plastic. I’m very disappointed and I will never order from this company again and I won’t recommend anyone to do so, do something else with your money instead!!

My shipment took forever. Then when it arrived it looked NOTHING like advertised. One was supposed to be short and straight hair, it was long and curly. Neither had lace frontals like advertisements. The wigs felt like hard straw, poor quality. I think they change names or have more than one company. I wouldn't get another wig from them if it was free. Now waiting for my refund, if that happens. Extremely disappointed

I would not rate this as 1 star if it was an option. I ordered a bob wet and wavy lace front that you suppose to be able to part in different ways. Item came back no lace front, synthetic hair that came back long and looked like Rick James hair rest his soul. I didn't have the energy to worry about a refund. I never give reviews but this company should be banned.

I saw the video describing a lace wig with a frontal. I saw the hair being parted in so many ways with the frontal looking so scalp like it was amazing! The hair was sleek shiny loosely curled just beautiful.I got a piece of crap that looked like a dirty rag.no frontal whatsoever. I sent pictures of the wig of the package as they suggested
I never heard from them again. They stole my money. Never again.

This is a rip off, i wish i read the reviews, they wont refund my money, the wig was synthetic as smelled of cow manure. And it wasn't a lace front. It looked like a halloween wig

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY HAIR FROM THEM. THE ARE FAKE/SCAM- I just got my order afters how many weeks(CLOSE TO A MONTH) - lost count and when i received it yesterday it was TOTAL CRAP .it was nothing like the advertised on Facebook or any media. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I KNOW I WILL NEVER WEAR THAT NONSENSE .
