Punk Haus Anmeldelser

Customer service is excellent. Particularly Nancy, who dealt with my issue of a couple posters arriving bent on one corner (during shipping, no fault of Punk Haus). Prompt to reply, and prompt to get it sorted. I'd most definitely order from Punk Haus again. Many thanks!

Absolutely love my print from Punk Haus. The service I received was fantastic and delivery was so quick. Will definitely be ordering more prints.

Heel slecht. Ik wil mijn geld terug 😡

There is no where on the website that says the wait time is up to 12 weeks. After waiting more than 8 weeks, I emailed customer service. They did respond quickly, saying wait up to 12 weeks for delivery. In my opinion they are not up front with the customer on shipping times. Three months for shipping on printed art work seems a little extreme.

Fabulous customer service orders a poster after a few drinks and forgot to put in for my discount and put in the wrong address 🤪emailed company and Nancy in customer services changed my deliver address and even refunded me the 50% discount t I forgot to apply at checkout ! Great company and service

Very poor quality dull with a dark shadowing it looks like it’s been printed off a old printer not at all like what’s shown on the website took long for the delivery and if you want to return the print they don’t cover the postage cost to return or give you a postage refund

I forgot to apply my voucher code, emailed and they did it for me. Great print too!

Excellent print and service, highly recommend.

Poor quality prints. The neon wording does not stand out and looks very different to that advertised. Overpriced product.

Fast delivery and great customer service. My second purchase, really good quality prints.

My ‘don’t do Charlie in the bath room’ print is amazing! Would really recommend. My order came with in 2 days as well after ordering normal shipping!!

I love all the prints I've bought from Punkhaus. I first saw them at a friend's house and thought how striking they were and 'purse friendly' (often they have great deals) and since then I've not stopped filling up my walls with them! The quality and variety are fantastic. Highly recommend.

Absolutely in love with my 5 prints that finished off our home renovation project.
Arrived with secure packaging so prints weren’t damaged & very good quality colours. Thank you Punkhaus!!
Highly recommend ⭐️

Bought two prints for my partner, they were great quality. The turnaround was great too and they came really quickly. Would buy again!

Top quality prints, quick delivery and never any problems. Will keep on buying as long as they keep on printing 🙌😊

I have 7 prints around my home from this company, all unique and eye catching. Such a wide range available in different sizes, there is something for everyone.

Website is easy to use and mobile-compatible. Great range of unique and quirky products. Speedy delivery. Order arrived as expected, poster was as displayed on website. Packaged appropriately and delivered with no damage. Size as described. Poster now framed at home - getting lots of compliments!

I love my "I incite this meeting to rebellion" print - stylish, gorgeous, high quality and very on-brand for me. I'll be back!

I have purchased prints from Punk Haus many times for my home - I have prints in my hall, living room and bedroom. I love the quirky, bold and often funny statements and vibrant and diverse graphics as well as the quality paper that it’s printed on. A lot of the prints really help to capture my personality in my home. I highly recommend!

The prints are out of this world cool. I’d never use any other company for my wall art. I currently have an order that’s not arrived but what’s amazing is that they replied to my email so quickly with all the relevant information. Fingers crossed it arrives soon, this is the first time I’m ever had this.
