I'll start with the positives! 😅 I found the website really easy to use and love all the variety of portraits you can choose from. My proof was sent over really promptly via WhatsApp and email. My frame arrived today and I am pleased with it (I think!) ..however, do I think it's worth £85 for an A3 print? Absolutely not, and I wouldn't have ordered it had I gone back in time! The print itself is fine (although I'm pretty certain that it's just been generated using AI - I probably could have got a great result from ChatGPT but I just wanted it done and framed without faffing around) the black frame is chunky and cheap looking. I'm gonna look for an alternative frame which makes this whole present even more expensive! The free mug that came with it is pretty crap to be honest - just looks cheap and the photo on the mug isn't even straight. I also had no replies to both my emails when enquiring about how much longer delivery would take as it was a good 12 days after approving the proof to the item being shipped but there was no update on my tracking. So yeah, not a great experience really and I wouldn't recommend. I also notice how none of these reviews get a response? Bit sus..

Ordered a print on the 29th of April, received a confirmation email the same day and a WhatsApp message stating I should receive a proof link shortly. I did not receive this email and had to reach out to the customer service on May 2nd to get this link, once received it had already been automatically approved and I was unable to make any changes. I emailed again requesting info on delivery time and tracking info as I hadn't received any, which I was told I would get and didn't get any clarification as to why I wasn't getting these emails all in all communications is terrible.

I finally received my photo of the 8th of May the envelope it was in was ripped open and inside was just the photo. The quality of the paper is awful very thin and my photo was terrible and blurry. I sent a high quality in focus photo of my dog and it looked like a filter or blurring/warped effected had been added. Yet everything else is infocus in the photo.

I've reached out to the customer service team again and they are refusing to refund me, I completely understand it's a personalised photo but as I didn't receive any approval/proof link until I reached out and it was too late to make any changes, declining me a refund is unacceptable.

I'm still waiting for a response from the company it's been 2days, for £38!! I would expect good quality paper and an in focus photo of my dog not blurry or filtered, I also haven't received this free digital copy.

Please don't waste your time theres better companies out there.

Ordered this for Christmas and they just never finished it. It was sent to print on the 18th. It’s now the 28th and hasn’t shipped or finished printing. Didn’t make it in time for Christmas obviously. I emailed on 12/24 to see what the issue was and received an auto reply that they were on vacation until January 8th. So no way to even resolve it for weeks.

I absolutely love my finished product and I know my partner will too when I give him it at Christmas, the process is simple though I’m at bit of a dinosaur when it comes to things like this but everything I had to do was explained and nothing was too much trouble I will deffo be shopping here again Thankyou, highly recommend.

Excellent communication and superb artwork. Clear progression through the order and approval stages. Excellent service and quality of product!

I bought from Facebook, since it said free delivery I honestly expected an actual print, not just a download which I don't have a way of printing. Just a dogs head stuck on a body, the hands were human in gloves.I asked for a refund which they refused.....be very careful about what you are paying for.

Hi, I've had the print for a few weeks, but took a really good look at it, I knew it was "stepbro's" with the faces of 2 loved dogs, but the hands/paws resting on the shoulder of smaller dog was just an perfect detail. Thank you, the way the heads are cropped onto the bodies and the perfect cutting from original pics is absolutely top rate. Thank you

I have used Paw & Glory before to create amazing and funny portraits of my dogs. I cannot rate the service highly enough, from the start the communication is brilliant, orders are delivered very quickly and if you have a problem (I typed my email address in wrongly!) they sort it out for you. Nothing seems to be too much trouble.

I am yet to receive the final print so this is just a comment on the service, but I sent the pictures over that I wanted in an Only Fools and Horses style poster, I was sent the preview and realised I had put the images the wrong way round, so I let them know and by the next morning I had received the amended preview, looks great, so I am very happy with the service, rapid response to alterations and speed of getting art work to print. Looking forward to seeing the final edition in A3 size!

Quality of print is good. Purchased a frame and couldn’t get a refund just a credit note for the difference which is no good to me. Frame is extremely poor quality for the hike in price from print to framed so £69 is outrageous for what is provided.
Went and bought a frame from The Range which was far superior for £6.49

Super happy with my picture, really good quality. The detail taken from my photo and put into the artwork is amazing! The framing is also very good quality. From my initial order to receiving finished product everything moved along fast and I received it within 4 days! Would definitely buy again!

Enter a competition and won!!! Not only was that amazing but my prize was a portrait of my puppa .
Absolutely amazing !

My fur baby passed the early hours Sat morning and I wanted something special, and you have, thanks !!

Very easy to order and a very quick and efficient service. Needed to email them and they got back to me the very same day. Very professional and will be using again

The quality of the portrait is amazing! And the speed of delivery impressive. Great service all round

Easy process, artwork prepared for my approval within 24hrs, cant wait for picture to arrive!

Very disappointed with both the process, customer service and end product. I had hoped the latter would cancel out the rest of the experience but, no, it's pretty rubbish

I uploaded 2 photos and requested a preference from the two. An image was then generated (artist? Really? Super imposed my rabbits head on a template!). I wasn't happy and did say that I had specifically requested the other image to be used of possible. Ignored. Yes, sure we can redo it...at an extra cost of £5. At this point I'm already knowing that I have massively overpaid so asked if a refund was available, I'd take that...nope! So it goes ahead. Received the print...could not be more underwhelmed.
Avoid this company, they made it sound like the work done was extensive..I think I could do better using an AI app for about 3 quid!
We live and learn. Avoid, there are definitely better companies out there now I'm looking after the experience!

Delighted with our canvas print and digital image of our two doggies as Dog Bros. Found the service really good, I asked for amendments to the original artwork they sent me to approve and these were carried out quickly. Really happy and would use them again.

Absolutely amazing communication every step of the way they were fast at responding and finalising the art work for me to approve,
I would 100% recommend this company

Just arrived today and I absolutely love this canvas. I actually forgot I had ordered it and didn't approve the artwork or choose a background, but they did it for me and it looks great. Happy to recommend.
