I had an appointment scheduled for Thursday, September 3rd, between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. I was assigned a technician named "Musab" and received the following message:
“Hi ....., tech Musab has been assigned to your upcoming service request and will arrive between 8 AM–10 AM on September 3, 2026.”
At 9:30 AM, I called because the technician had not called or arrived, but there was no answer, so I left a message. The 10:00 AM appointment window came and went, and no one showed up or contacted me.
I set aside two hours of my time for this appointment, only to have the technician not show up without any communication or explanation. This is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of my time.
I would have appreciated an explanation for what happened. I guess they don't care.

Jalesa was very courteous and knowledgeable, arrived on time and diagnosed the problem within minutes. Unfortunately fixing my washer would cost more than buying a new one, and Jalesa was upfront and honest about that which I appreciate.

Veet was GREAT!
Veet was GREAT! He helped me move things out of the way so he could reach my washing machine and was communicative about what he was finding. He found the leak right away even after I have had another repair man look at it four times over the past month and a half and that guy couldn't figure it out!

It should be 0 stars! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! I scheduled a technician, Anthony came. I told him my washer was leaking during the FILL cycle. He diagnosed the drain hose WITHOUT TESTING the FILL cycle and wanted $300 above the $100 service call to install an incorrect part to fix the problem. I bought that incorrect hose for $50 and replaced it myself in 5 min and it gushed water out STILL. I tested and diagnosed it myself and saw the FILL hose spraying water out. I now have the correct part on order and can replace it in another 5 min. Puls said they bear no responsibility for the technician NOT DOING HIS JOB and what I paid for (diagnoses). How can you diagnose a problem if you don't test it? You can't! Piss poor technician and piss poor customer service!

I was very impressed with Farzon
I was very impressed with Farzon. He is very professional and did an excellent job in identifying the problem. In the future, I will always call Puls first if I have any other problems in the future with my appliances. And, of course, will always ask for Farzon.

Dan Tran was great with the dishwasher. He fixed the issue and explained what was going on as well. Didn't try to force a replacement when a quick repair was the issue.

I had a great experience today with PULs fixing my refrigerator. The technician they sent out, (Fernando) was extremely professional and got right to the job of finding and then fixing the problem with my GE refrigerator. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I could not have asked for better service and quality. I am one very happy customer.

Update on Brolen Appliance
Update. PULS tried to send the same technician back to “repair” the washing machine he broke when he was supposed to be repairing it. 🤦🏽♂️Now, why would I trust his “expertise” this time? And, when I asked to have a different technician, the request was denied.🤷🏽♂️
Soooo, we ended up purchasing a new washing machine.
USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! AND IF YOU GET TAMIM - RUN!!!!

My Tech was Alex . He was amazing . I had a refrigerator issue. Everything he explained was exactly what happened . He knew his stuff . He communicated , showed up when he was supposed to and my fridge ( 20 years old) is working like a charm!!
